The room facilities are old and the water flow in the shower head is mediocre, but the drainage is too poor. After 20 seconds of washing, the water overflows the room and cannot be drained out, so I have to stop. The next day when I entered the toilet, the floor tiles were uneven and there was still a puddle of water. The toilet button in the toilet also didn't pop up properly, so the water didn't come out. There are a lot of ants on the first floor. Breakfast was ok. The mattress was very poor. I feel like more than five hundred is too expensive and not worth it. The swimming pool in the photo looks so attractive, but it is actually very small. The sea view from the hotel is average. The water quality is not blue and the picture above does not look good nor is it clear.

We loved it! Such a beautiful place to stay! Staff very friendly and breakfast was pretty decent! Cleaned the room daily, beds are pretty hard so we asked for a duvet to give extra padding and they helped. Would stay again and so would my friend! Reception staff always really helpful! 7/11 2 mins away, scooter hire across the road too and big buddah 7 min walk

A great hotel in the Bophut region of Koh Samui. The check in was excellent, the staff were very friendly and did everything that they could to make us feel welcome after a long day of travelling. Our bags were taken to our room for us, we received a free bottle of water on entry, and given clear information re breakfast, WiFi etc. The pool is really nice and looks out on to the beach. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is that the beach is not really swimmable/sunbathe-able, and there are no sun beds on the beach, so if that’s a dealbreaker then I’d look elsewhere. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend staying here!

I have seen a lot of pictures and videos of villa style trappers in Thailand and wanted to book one if affordable - I found this on an OTA. The pictures and reviews were stunning - price not cheap but not five star either so I booked. When we arrived the staff not in uniform and not trained and suddenly realised it is a family running it. The restaurant and bar are actually an after thought - there is no beach. The villas have an exterior of a villa but inside is a basic three star hotel style furniture and bathroom. We cancelled and checked into another proper beach hotel.

I am here with family for 4 nights. Typically thai style of houses, very large and good equipted. Clear and daily changed towels,etc. Staff is very friendly. Place is situated near from airport and 7/11 is 2 minutes by foot. The beach is not for swimming but pool is amazing

Positives: Lovely authentic bungalow hotel, secluded beach, lovely pool area, beach towels provided, lots of Instagram worthy places for photo opportunities, area for massages right by the sea, varied breakfast choices, big rooms, nice dressing-gowns, safe for valuables, Smart TV, fridge, water replenished daily, outside areas were lit-up lovely in the evening, welcoming reception area, very helpful & willing staff, lovely food in the restaurant, big portions, good value bar prices, journey to & collection from Full Moon Party service available and close to airport & Bangrak Pier. They also provide airport transfer service before 4.30pm. Negatives: aircon was a bit noisy but didn’t stop you from sleeping, light came in at night through the glass doors (would be nice to have a curtain to pull over these) only basic toiletries provided, no cup in bathroom for teeth bits (we used a glass from the kettle area) and quite a hard mattress but they did provided a soft topper after the first night which was a lot better, Other than these small things, what a gem of a place this is!!! I’d return without hesitation.

A secluded and tranquil little gem of a place. Really friendly staff (all, but especially Mina), good food, nice atmosphere and pool. 10-15 minutes to Chaweng beach by taxi. Great value and highly recommended. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Ko samui.
