Great stay.. Quite focused towards families.. they need to fix their washing machine though. Very close to fisherman village which is not quite and attraction for young and active people(that would be Chaweng)

A really great place for families. The kids play area is staffed and was a necessity on a few rainy days. It's a bit strange though that the restaurant and pool area closes so early (around 7:00PM) and all the lights are turned off.
Super close walk (3 minutes) to Fishermans' village street where there is lots to do, and also close to the night market (maybe 10 minutes walk).

The hotel is a family hotel, mainly European families with small children relax there: there is everything for them: a playroom, scooters and a lot more.
We stayed in it after Phangan for 1 night and it was normal: the hotel is not on the first coastline, that is, you don’t have much to buy. The advantage is that it’s a 5-minute walk from Fisherman Village, it’s nice to walk there and feel the local vibe, but the prices are terribly expensive in all those establishments, so I don’t really recommend it.
In general, this part of the island is not really about swimming, only hotel pools. Swimming is Chaweng!
The hotel itself is pleasant: we lived in a large separate villa, which has everything, including a kitchenette! Very comfortably. So there are no special complaints, except for the huge number of mosquitoes on this part of the island.

Very family oriented and friendly staff. Premises are safe at night and a 7/11 shop is across the street. Resort has a small nice cafe offering international and thai food. Different pools. Kids club was perfect, our kids (8 and 11) enjoyed it very much! Only thing was with the aircon in the room which was very loud but all in all very nice experience and highly recommended!
