We booked through AirBNB and were looking forward to a quiet location but close to the center of Chaweng. When we arrived we found that the address was wrong and it was 1.4km (15-20min walk further from the center). When we got there, we were assigned a room which had lots of problems!: Dirty bed linen including upholstery Some cobwebs and spiders over the bed Dirty bathroom (rust or similar on the floor, dirty & rusty fittings, mold, dirty toilet...) Generally dusty and Stained surfaces throughout the room Tried to take a shower -> the water wouldn't work and had to be turned on at the main faucet. We were then offered another room (exactly the same condition) the third room was a bit cleaner, but not according to the price. We then asked for a full refund from the hotel manager, who has since communicated with AirBNB. At the moment it looks like we will get the money back. At least a positive point-> insight from the boss and staff, who didn't care about our concerns at all.
