Chaweng Noi
The hotel is not directly at the main Chaweng Beach, which also means peace and quiet. You can take a taxi into the city for about 6 euros (definitely ask the older, super nice lady opposite at the exit. You won't find a better taxi). Hotel is certainly not the newest, but everything is very well maintained. Everything works in the rooms and the beds are good too. Gym is very decent for a hotel, breakfast and dinner very good. There are enough loungers by the pool and by the sea. The beach is certainly one of the most beautiful and quietest in Ko Samui. The staff was also super nice and friendly! Very happy next time again.

We stayed in a King Pool View room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amaya Restaurant was excellent. There were many options for breakfast and the meals were great. Prego Italian Restaurant was exceptional, both in terms of food and service. Couldn't fault any of the Amari staff. Fantastic service and friendly smiles from everyone including Management, Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Road Crossing staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Special mentions go to the lovely hosts Wee and Keng who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed to know. Also Noung who we nicknamed ”the hardest working man in Thailand”. He never stopped as he worked tirelessly in Amaya Restaurant and around the hotel grounds. The resort was a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre of town. Would recommend Amari to anybody thinking of staying at Chaweng and look forward to returning there in the future.

I have chance to come back Koh Samui since 6 years. The island is still quiet even lot of bars and restaurant start to open for high season coming. Am Samui resort have nothing changes before and after Covid 19 in term of nature, calm, peach and now with new team Management leading by Mr. Leo improve the Services standard as 5 stars place. The restaurant just located on the beach during my time stay the have Wedding party with romantic set up. Room is reasonable in October and all are iclean, landscape ground tidy and green. The beach is taken care every day. Thank you Leo and team for good taking care. And I highly recommend Am Samui Resort to everyone.
Six Senses Samui

Six Senses Samui is everything I could have hoped for and more. We were lucky enough to stay in a Hideaway Pool Villa - an absolutely gorgeous huge room with an amazing bathroom and an outdoor shower. The villa has its own private pool with sun-loungers and outdoor lounge seating and is absolutely spectacular. I had the opportunity to see a couple of the other pool villas and the ocean view suites really are exceptional with either sunrise or sunset views. The infinity pool is stunning and has far reaching ocean views. Drink and food service by the pool is fantastic with a lovely menu. Drift is Six Senses Samui’s beach club. With a pool, bar and the most comfortable loungers and seating imaginable. There was never an issue finding a lounger either at the pool or down on the beach. Drift Bar has a livelier atmosphere than the serene infinity pool and is a great place for lunch or afternoon cocktails at Happy Hour. Dining on the Hill is wonderful for breakfast - a fantastic selection on both the buffet and a La carte menu. Dinner was fantastic - a great selection of both Thai and Western food and I’d highly recommend booking Half Board. The resort is so beautiful at night as well with all the lights twinkling. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at Dining on the Rocks but heard that it was a very special experience. The staff at Six Senses are all lovely. Each Villa is assigned a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Beth. Beth made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and friendly - he really is a credit to Six Senses and made our stay even more wonderful. Although you can walk around the resort and take in the views, when the heat becomes too much for the hills and steps, buggy’s are readily available to transport you around. Despite the size of the resort it somehow still retains an intimate feel. Despite feeling totally secluded in Paradise, Six Senses is only a 15 minute taxi journey from Samui Airport as well as The Fisherman’s Village which is well worth a visit - we loved the Fire Show at Coco Tams as recommended by Beth our GEM. Sustainability is clearly very important to Six Senses and it’s great not to see plastic anywhere at the resort. Six Senses Samui is the perfect destination for couples and families - there are plenty of activities available for children and adults alike if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views!

Lamai Beach
I was quite worried before, Ctrip booking agoda had read all the reviews, and the reviews were very high, but they were basically a few years ago, plus the prices are cheap, I ’m afraid they are not good, and the results are very satisfactory! 1 Location A few years ago, the evaluation said that the inconvenience of the trip came to the hotel that found that the net red is just a few hundred meters away, and then it has developed in recent years. The surrounding 711 and the whole family, as well as the hotel are very convenient. It ’s lively (the New Year ’s day we go), it ’s not necessary to have a bar or something, like I ’m going on vacation with my parents, this is especially good! In addition, we all signed up for a day trip and a half-day trip. We all had cars to pick them up. We didn't find the road inconvenient. 2 Facilities The basic facilities are available. The swimming pool faces the sea and is beautiful! Although small, it is very suitable for people like us who swim casually hahaha! The only thing that didn't feel good was that the basic washing facilities and towels were not available, and the sprinkler output was small (fortunately we brought them), but there are kettles and large bath towels for you to go to their pools and private beaches. 3 Breakfast is not bad, milk, yogurt (yoghurt is delicious!) Oatmeal, bread, toast, fruit, drink, and any of the three main meals. If you want a rich breakfast, then ... … In addition, they also provide lunch and dinner services (of course for a fee), but it seems to close at 6pm. 4 Can add an extra bed. I brought my parents to play, just for an extra bed, an extra 450 baht (bed + breakfast) 5 There is a parking lot, and you can rent a motorcycle (it is said to be cheaper than renting outside, I did n’t rent it) 6 Service Great! Basically responsive! I went out for snorkeling that day, and my mom's cellphone fell into the house. I was afraid that someone who cleaned the room might have a problem (sorry, my fault, I shouldn't doubt them ~~), so I asked Ctrip customer service and asked the Thai people to call To the front desk. As a result, people said, rest assured, the mobile phone is on, I said, can I help you keep it, I just agreed! !! Summary A highly recommended resort! Stay here next time! High cost performance! !!

Lamai Beach
As we approached the hotel we were stunned by the old fashioned quaintness of the property. Ornate gold opulence everywhere, and welcome smiles and cold drinks at check in. If Lamai is your destination and your budget can handle it then this is the place to stay. The suite is enormous and private. The outdoor shower over 4m square! Beautiful, sunny terrace with a large pagoda for shade overlooking the ocean and our own warm pool, kitchen with washing machine and powder, 2 air con units, ceiling fan over the enormous bed. The jacqussi was really deep and long. Outside there's a clean infinity pool by the sea, plenty of beds and such attentive staff who cannot help you enough. When not busy they clean up the wide beach with lots of laughs, making guests happy seems so natural. Breakfast is fun, you pre-order and Gale serves whenever you decide to arrive. Seems to be no set order, so when hot food comes your way, eat it! The fruit can wait. Endless latte with no hurry, joy. Have to congratulate Steve on a wonderful job, Tu, Non so helpful. Booa, Gale, Nan for keeping us entertained with endless enthusiasm and all the staff, just brilliant. So many people stay 2 or 3 nights and are missing out on the full experience. 11 nights was perfect, 🙏
