Best Koh Samui Spa Hotels

The hotel has excellent service particularly in reception where they will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant although is lacking in quality other than the breathtaking view of the island it doesn’t have food to compliment it. My girlfriend got really sick after eating the tom yum goong shrimp where she was bedridden and had to puke multiple times. The breakfast buffet also does not offer much for a 5 star resort and is very basic. Overall this is a great stay if you are a couple, the highlights of the mantra samui is the breathtaking view and the infinity pool and gym also the rooms which are spacious and clean. The lowlights are the restaurant and the location which makes it hard to get out of the resort unless you have a rental car.

I recommend this hotel! Their service is good. I have made a request to put happy birthday banner in our room coz its a surprise for my husband and they made it happen. Thank you 🙏🏻  Somethings for improvement: The internet connection in the room is intermittent. I think the kettle and sofa need replacement/ new upholstery already.  And maybe a bigger tv. Coz the room is big but the tv is tiny. Maybe better options for the breakfast buffet.  But our overall stay with Sarann was great. And yes, I will book it again if we return to Samui.

+ Lovely location, not far from the main part of the city by motorbike. The beach outside the hotel is very shallow and clean! great for a morning swim. Other hotels can be found along the beach in the same area..just saying. BUT, here is the huge let down with this hotel. - Blood stains were found on the bed sheets on the first night, so had to request a change of sheets immediately. A couple of days later, my ENTIRE back and shoulders was covered with BED BUG bites. I had to see a dermatologist immediatelt because I was afraid, and they confirmed it was due to bed bugs at the hotel. After 5 days, the spots on my back and arms are still not recovered, truly disgusting experience. My arms arent as bad as my back! Also, just before checking out of hotel on my way to the airport at 7am, the hotel accused me of not paying 4000THB for a trip I apparently didnt pay, which was a complete lie and now I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam. I paid all trips with credit card on the first hour of checking in at the hotel, all proof of payments are on my bank statement. The security guard would not let my taxi leave the hotel and called the police. I ended up leaving, because I had proof of payment on my bank statement. The hotel were proven wrong, but did not apologise to me for all the accusations. Would I book at casa de mar again? If it wasnt for the last few days, I would...but after this experience...**** that😄 book another hotel along the beach, cheaper prices, same experience.

It was decent experience staying there with family. Main focus of the villa was large pool which was excellent though not as private as we thought. Views were amazing from room and pool though partially obstructed by other villas. Drawbacks were mediocre food options but overall decent stay for the price point of view

Recently stayed at Centara for our honeymoon and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed in Koh Samui. Was greeted by Mr Neil and his staff during our check in. We had a really comfortable stay and staff were always ready to assist with any request. Love the idea of “surprise of the day” button in the room, where they deliver different types of chocolate each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. We went to salt society restaurant for two consecutive nights as they serve high quality food with big portions. It was also refreshing to try out so many salt flavors for our meal. Overall, my stay at Centara was nothing short of exceptional with their great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

The resort is amazing! Great amenities as well. I loved the boat suite setup. Above all, the staff were extremely hospitable. From the porters, buggy drivers, waiters etc..everyone greets guests with a smile and always ensure you’re okay. Highly recommend to those looking for a family resort or even a sociable hotel! It was lively and beautiful! The breakfast service at the lobby was really great. There was a good spread for the buffet with a la carte items available and catered per requests as well.

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Amazing resort! We stayed for five days with my family. We stayed in two Beachfront Pool Villas and waking up to sunrise, having almost your own private beach, gave a nice sense of tranquility and peace. The resort is amazingly located, not far from the busy area of Chaweng Central. The employees are super friendly and helpful. If I had the time, I would stay longer. small points of improvement: - more stable WiFi (but I guess in some other countries we are spoiled) - variety in breakfast - more complementary shuttles to Shaweng Central (or other areas) I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sala offers a commutable 10 minute walking distance to local bars and restaurants while maintaining a serene ambiance shielded from the noise and nightlife of the Chaweng area. I was warned by friends that Chaweng was unfavourable for living due to its proximity to the airport, but the room is well sound proofed and completely silent. I was surprise by the space and depth of the personal pool as it was bigger than the images suggested and offered a great place to swim late at night after a day in the heat and was completely private from the other guests. The food was great. Breakfast was available through delivery or in the restaurant. They high-quality food, coupled with a daily menu offered delightful variations. Staff even ensured my breakfast was delivered before my early check-out, so I was able to catch my departing flight with good timing. The staff were friendly, polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They offered communication via telephone or via message through a downloadable app - so it was easy to communicate any of our needs from the room or on the go. The beachfront pool is a little small and ideal for guests with children, whereas adults can make use of sea-side loungers, free kayak rentals, a great bar and swimming in the sea. In summary, this room offers a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore the local nightlife or simply unwind in style, it provides an exceptional experience. I hope I can return in the future!

CELES! Home sweet home! I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS RESORT! How beautiful everything is. It was a very pleasant stay. Room was huge, bright, clean, and oh! the big comfy bed (really hard to not be a lazy bum) and also a nice shower. Weve stayed at the beachfront this trip and will need to comeback for the suite and the tropical side. Swimming pool was EXTRAORDINARY but just salty water and I didnt expected it when I jump dive first time 😂 BUT my morning dips with the most incredible sunrise 🥹 breakfast buffet was just a spread of goodness. from all kinds of pastries, great coffee, CHEESE, and many more. We’ve had tea time with smoothies in the afternoon and also cocktails by the bar and it was yum! Celes team was kind, smiley, service was prompt and dearly polite. VERY LOVELY, THANK YOU! 🤍 There’s a shuttle for airport pick up/ drop off and send you to fisherman’s village. And 5 mins walk to 7-11 and a nice small local joint restaurant.I will definitely coming back!
