Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The room was not very clean. The mattress only had sand, the water flowed very gently. The room didn't have a towel in front of the bathroom, which we took to the resort. The staff informed that the towels were out of stock. The laundry hasn't arrived yet. There isn't any room. This is the answer from the front desk staff. In summary, we stayed for 2 nights and didn't get a towel. Coming out of the bathroom with wet feet The whole room was wet. The water at the sink was not clean, the water was full of black debris. You have to bring drinking water to wash your face and brush your teeth. We also have a small child. We chose to order the grilled seafood set for 1800฿. What I got was just a small crab and shrimp and it wasn't fresh at all. I've got food. Plates and spoons were not provided. But there was no one sitting at the table, all the plates, spoons and cups were placed. Our table had been reserved since lunchtime. We didn't even get food. We asked the staff to go 2-3 times. You can't eat it and wait until it's gone. Asked for mosquito repellent 4 times before getting a special day. Instead of being special, it made me very upset. But we tried to suppress our emotions.
