Ludicrously overpriced and the staff couldn’t care less about you. Paid nearly $250 usd for one night (I foolishly thought it was for two) and they tried to charge us for a bath bomb which we had used. Insane. There are far better value places on samet.

I booked 2 of the most expensive rooms, the 5k thb/night seaside deluxe room for the bathtub and nice views. Each night they had filthy water in the taps that I couldn't use to take a bath due to health risks. Had to buy water to brush teeth since they only give 2 free bottles daily. Told the staff who understood our situation and tried to follow up, but on the 3rd night, the owner told us to accept 500 thb or leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Then it was extended to 1 hr, and finally 1.5 hours after we complained it's not enough time to pack up, find a new hotel or resolve the situation with trip.com. This is a very basic beach hotel. Rooms are right next to each other, no soundproofing, there's nowhere to wash your feet from the sand and the expensive rooms are next to a bar who plays loud music past midnight every day and the hotels advice was to call the police. It was hard to sleep. There were cockroaches in the room. We asked for the eggs to be fully cooked for breakfast which they weren't upon delivery. No staff available to talk to before 8am or after 7pm as they are working at other resorts. Housekeeping only after 2pm and they drop toilet paper and water at your door earlier. There's better places on samet.

Front of Sai Kaew Beach we got beach chairs all free. Good location and comfortable Room was Clean and beauty. If u need motorbike u can get one.

I made the reservation without looking at the square meters, so I was surprised at how small the room was!! However, it has a clean white design, and the entrance is all glass (sliding door), so it feels open, which is a good thing lol The only drawback is that a little sand gets in when you enter the room💧 It's also nice that they bring breakfast to your room so you can eat it there. (Since it's the beach, I had it at the cafe right in front of it) The location is great, right in front of Sai Kaew Beach, but it's a little dark at night. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, I recommend the Grand View or the Tonsak Resort fire show...

This hotel is garbage, don't even talk about privacy, they charge exorbitant prices, the fat boss has a sullen face as if someone owes him money, he is indifferent to everyone, in fact, Chinese, there is no waiter in the morning and evening, the facilities are poor, the door lock is broken and no one fixes it, you have to wait for the waiter to come to work, and they charged me an extra 1400 pearls, fortunately Ctrip refunded it for me, the staff gets off work on time at 6 pm, no one serves

The accommodation location is very good. Suitable for people who don't like to leave their accommodation too much, next to the sea, there is a cafe, next to famous restaurants left and right. Good service staff

The location is right on Diamond Beach. There is a beautiful beach view right outside the door. You can sit on the free beach chairs at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is almost at the end of the beach. It is quiet and not noisy. The breakfast is especially rich! Recommended

This time I went to Koh Samet to stay at the Savad Coco Resort. There was a beach right outside the room... This time I stayed in a 3-person room which was really big, but it was a pity that the room didn't have a bathtub, but there was a great beach... I am very disappointed with the expectation/reality from the photos of the room I booked on this app and the fact that I received it. I paid for a sea view! But it turned out that the view of the sea is only very much from the side, this is a side room, not a front one! The photos in the application misled me and if I had known that the room would have a side view, I would not have overpaid... It's not worth $150! The room is already shabby: somewhere there is a table top covered with tape, a shelf in the refrigerator is broken, the shower is rusty, the bed linen is not the freshest: it is already grayish and soft to the touch, and not hard and crispy, as it should be in hotels. Breakfast is poor. No hand soap. Pros: Instagram locations, everything is white, stylish, many photo zones, large room, breakfast is also brought to the room. Nespresso capsules for coffee are available. The location is excellent: right on the beach, your own sun loungers, umbrellas, straw bags for the beach, flip-flops, beach towels, robes and an umbrella.

I have never experienced such a bad room for this horrendous price. As my wife is from Thailand, we often stay in hotels. But the fact that we, aged 69 and 74, had to sleep on mattresses almost on the floor (except for a platform of about 25 cm) is beyond description for this price. There was neither a closet in this tiny room nor a table to eat at. You had to sleep between your suitcases and you had to be careful at night not to break your bones on the way to the toilet. There was a fold-out board over the mattress. Last year we were in Kho Chang at the Cookies White Sand Beach for just over €40 right on the beach and still had a big pool and big room. You should be ashamed of yourself for offering something like that. Book with you! Never again. But as I have been in legal protection for years, I can contact a lawyer by phone and free of charge

The room is small. Two people and two pieces of luggage can't turn around. Except for a few independent luxury rooms, it's all ********. Don't force the sanitary conditions. All islands are similar. The hot water and shower are not very useful for taking a shower (sorry for the word resort). The springs of the mattress are broken 😅 The most annoying thing is that there are groups of wild dogs making noises at the door at night. They bark all night and I can't sleep at all. The two breakfast sets are a bit hard to describe. They don't suit the Chinese appetite. There is no place to flush water by the sea.
