You get what you pay for. It’s clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and going out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

島上環境很差，就是普通的民宿，設施都很老舊，沒有電梯，優點是離沙灘很近樓下很便利，房東人很好，還會一點中文，房間相對也安靜不臨街。

The environment on the island is very poor. It is just an ordinary B&B with old facilities and no elevator. The advantage is that it is very close to the beach and is convenient downstairs. The landlord is very nice and can speak a little Chinese. The room is relatively quiet and does not face the street.

I am not the first time on Samed Island, so I understood the level of the hotel clearly and did not wait for anything from it. On this island, I am eating in a warm, clean sea, not sitting in the hotel. For 2-3 night, a great option. The staff were friendly and settled us when we arrived at 11 o'clock, wi-fi worked in the room. The room is quite simple and without claims for anything but clean. There is a small balcony on which you can dry things. When settlement takes a deposit of 500 batt, returned without problems. Near hotel 2 shop 7-eleven. I can attribute bad noise insulation, but it is inherent to most hotels on the island.

The best thing about Baan Mulan is the location. Its a one minute walk to the beach and theres an ATM, 7Eleven and a breakfeast place right outside.   Theres one big downside to the location though and that's the nightclub right accross the street that starts to play loud music from 18.00-00.00. If you want to relax in your hotel room during these hours, forget it!     In the TA description it says that Baan Mulan has high speed internet wifi which is incorrect. The only thing their wifi is good for is making google searches. Forget youtube, netflix or other band width heavy tasks.     The room was small with and AC and a fan. I woke up with severe back pains every morning due to the double bed.

This place is great. There are a lot of stores and shops around it. It's just one minute walk fo the beach where you can find restaurants. The place is so clean and the best of all, the staff are nice and shows us a warm welcome. I suggest this place.
