Overall, the experience was okay after a few nights, but the beach chairs were collected too early, making it difficult for guests to enjoy the beach at night. This beach can be quite noisy, so I recommend staying here for the first two days of your visit to experience the hustle and bustle, then heading to the smaller beaches in the south for peace and quiet. Breakfast is a la carte, with a choice of several set menus, which doesn't feel as flexible as a buffet.

Wonderful hotel! If you want to feel like a welcome guest, this is the place for you! Very welcoming, friendly staff! The girls at the reception, the restaurant workers, the maids, the guy on the beach will make your vacation enjoyable. We lived in a small house. Everything is new, clean, the linen is snow-white, the towels are good. The cleaning is excellent. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby. There are new sun loungers, pillows, umbrellas on the beach. We liked everything. I recommend the hotel!

The location is excellent, not far from the bus stop, right next to Sai Kaew Beach at the beginning of the beach. The beachfront is shady with trees. The resort is spacious and not crowded. Breakfast is a set menu with plenty of choices, making it filling. There are some construction noises at times, but the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in Forest 10, a family room for 3 people. The room was hot because it was on the side that received all day sunlight. The TV in the room was broken and difficult to turn on. The remote control had new batteries, and the mosquito netting wouldn't turn on. Although the room wasn't very comfortable, the staff were attentive. My child had a fever and a headache, so I called to ask for medicine the first time, but no one answered. I tried calling twice more, but someone answered and quickly went to get me some fever-reducing medicine. Thank you for your promptness and attention.

The travel experience in Koh Samet is very good, and it is a good place to lie down. The hotel rooms are close to the beach, and the lounge chairs and lazy sofas on that beach are free. The service staff are very friendly, especially the uncle in charge of the beach area. He is always very enthusiastic. Every time we go to the beach, he greets us with a smile and cleans the beach lounge chairs very carefully. When he sees you coming, he will help you sweep the sand on the lounge chair more carefully. When he sees you need to move the tables and chairs, he will come to help immediately. He is really a very nice person. The price of the hotel's bar counter on the beach is also very friendly. The overall experience of Koh Samet is very satisfactory.

Before booking, I inquired with the hotel whether children under 6 years old could stay free. They replied that they could stay free if they slept with their parents. They also did not inform us that they would be charged for breakfast. On the day of check-in, the staff informed us that there would be an additional charge for breakfast. However, since my son doesn't like waking up early to eat the hotel's breakfast, we asked if we could opt out. We negotiated with someone claiming to be the hotel manager. The next morning, my partner and I went for breakfast. The hotel informed us that our room did not receive a food coupon (we don't know if this was due to our son not purchasing an additional package). We informed them that breakfast is a privilege for all guests, and this behavior is not acceptable. It seems like we need to explain it to the staff before we can eat breakfast.
