Upon arrival at the second hotel, at the counter they tell us that it is also overbooked! You will be accommodated in the third! And they did not even bother to meet us and inform us about it in advance.
I want to note right away that we always choose quiet hotels, away from crowds of tourists, roads, families with children, so that it is quiet and comfortable. And then it was Bingo - they settled us in some kind of technical kennel: this is clearly not a full-fledged room for tourists. On the porch of our house the general light of the entrance to the hotel turns on! The room is about 8 meters, next to the parking lot for bikes, the main road. There is no dryer, no table and chairs at the entrance, like in other houses. Monstrous dirt in the bathroom. I am shocked, they promise to move us the next day to another full-fledged room. But this does not change the essence, the hotel is overcrowded, does not meet our parameters at all. One night in this hotel was hell on earth, I cried half the night! The next day we moved out of the hotel, the hotelier did not want to return the money, but thanks to the Trip.com platform itself for an adequate view of the situation.
