We have stayed in a great room B11. The view was amazing ..the room was clean and had lovely balcony. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was bit worried after reading the reviews online however there was no need as hotel was great for the price. Salad beach is also beautiful. Good food in restaurant area. I will defo come back.

I am very glad that I am leaving this hotel. I am sure that we, people, come to this World to improve it around us. In this case, life is not lived in vain when you are useful.
But in this hotel there are two administrators, using the property of the hotel owner and their irresponsibility, simply destroying everything around and spoiling it with their toxicity.
You can work all year to enjoy your vacation, but these two administrators will do everything to ruin your vacation.
I recommend choosing another coast and enjoying your vacation.

The hotel itself was lovely. We had a villa with a pool which was fantastic for kids. The hotel was pretty quiet and the area was quiet. The only thing I would say is that the beach was not great for swimming. It was very rocky so we didn’t swim much in the beach. However the hotel pool was great and the hotel was in lush, green surroundings.

Not a bad resort but a bit tired. Big rooms and good shower. No view of beach from rooms. Restaurant and bar were not very well patronised so we went elsewhere where there was happy hour. Pool was ok but very busy with children. Beach was ok but not as nice as others on Koh Phangan

The rooms are fine, some a bit narrow.
The complex stretches across a hill, offering some rooms incredible views, but the downside is that accessing these rooms requires strong legs.

A high-quality, quiet hotel, a confident four. friendly staff, daily cleaning with a full change of linen, willingness to accommodate in an unusual situation.
Of the minuses: steep slopes to get in and out of the hotel, with the existing skills of driving a motorcycle, I was a little afraid of the descents.
The rooms themselves are a little tired from time to time, but this creates a cozy “lamp” atmosphere of time-tested reliability.
I lived in a double house, there was strong audibility and the children drank endlessly, the sounds from the neighbors bothered me.
I asked about changing my number, and the staff was kind and helpful.
There is a beach, but as in most places on Koh Phangan, the water is shallow.
In general, the place to relax is wonderful. I recommend
