Was great location on the beach with a pool and big speakers near the pool. The room and place looked run down. Aircon worked well. Not the best service. We stayed there for the full moon party while prices around Haad run were inflated. It was good location for full moon party. 10 min walk to the party but not to much in the think of it. Bed wasn’t very comfy and bathroom wasn’t the nicest. Lock felt a bit dodgy. Had a fridge that worked.

We stayed in one of the top floor rooms which was spacious and met all our needs. Super close to the Full Moon Party too but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

On the one hand it's a great hotel. The room is big has a hot shower and a fridge and at the reception you can get hot water for tea and Coffee. There is a pool and you have direct access to the beach. But, it's also very oldfashioned and the bed is half broken. We enjoyed our stay and would come back I guess.

I arrived in the room, where everything was falling apart and smelling really bad. I needed to ask them for the AC remote control, which seems to not exist but they were able to start the AC which just continued the whole time in the same setting. When I wanted to leave the room I wasnt able to lock it. After telling three different people about my problem, they gave me another lock, which only worked from the outside. I wasnt able to lock my room from the inside and was really scared all night. There are really a lot of improvements necessary to have an enjoyable stay!

My original room had a broken door, so was relocated to another room, which sadly wasn’t as nice as the one I’d booked but it was all they had left. I already knew everywhere else was fully booked up so had to stay. The hotel resort is nice, and they have really helpful staff. And the best thing was it was less that a 10 minute walk to the full moon party beach!

The hotel is really nice to stay at. The stuff and guests are friendly) I really enjoyed my time there, thank you for the special atmosphere ☺️

The service was pathetic and room was very dirty as well. Please refund my money and remove this site from your application. Look at the attached file and see the towel they provided. The staff was rude too, I called them multiple times to fix the AC which was not working. But they didn’t pay any heed to it and kept producing lamé excuses.

Perfect place to stay if your going to the full moon party. Staff are lovely and good is amazing. The sunsets are beautiful and it is right next the the ferry

The location is great for the full moon party but everything else leaves something to be desired. The checkin process took a long time as they had overbooked rooms or didn’t have any ready. The room wasn’t even prepared when we arrived at 4pm even though they were aware of their influx of patrons because of the full moon party. The sheets were stained and somewhat dirty. NONE of the electricity worked in the room. The bathroom light was out and the place where you insert the key fell out of the wall.

I liked the location, comfortable room, king size bed. The room has a refrigerator, everything is clean, there is air conditioning. friendly staff

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Bad hotel service is characterized by the fact that the guest is spoken to loudly and is almost thrown out of the hotel just because after three room service requests you still have two full trash cans that you have to dispose of yourself?!? Are you crazy? The facilities and cleanliness are below all standards. The heavy tube television was only reluctantly removed from the base cabinet.
