Wonderful place! I didn’t like everything about the hotel, unfortunately, now in more detail - check-in is quick. On the day of departure there was no TV, no water, no water at all, the staff apparently was not prepared, they had no water in stock, for example, in a bucket to flush the toilet. Not to mention washing your hair. No one offered or cared about the guests.. Further, the hotel has as many as Two! kayak, one with holes, the second, supposedly intact, they took it for a ride, it turned out to be not entirely intact either... but they stubbornly take money, 100 baht for 1 hour. The kayaks are dirty; they rent them to people with garbage, water and sand inside. ..
They asked for cleaning of the rooms themselves, to at least empty the trash cans and change the towels. One day we asked all day long to change the towel, everyone answered later, in the evening, and when they arrived late in the evening, they gave us towels, well, as they gave us, they were just lying next to the reception desk... Towels for the face and body... , the towels themselves were stained with brilliant green (apparently they were poorly washed from the previous guest), the sheets were also stained, by the way, the bed was not changed, during cleaning they simply did the cleaning with a broom and mop...
In short, the staff are unhinged, sitting on their phones or scratching their tongues, a little unpleasant.. The kitchen is very dirty, we didn’t eat there. The janitors know their job, they clean and look after the area.
Next - Dogs, they just don’t care, Nobody drives them away, well, apparently these are sacred animals, with fleas... They will lie down at the door of your room or by the pool, and wait for something.. By the way, regarding insects, usually in hotels take care of their guests, hang mosquito traps or light stinkers. This is not even close here.. Bring everything with you or you can buy it there in the store...
The mullah sings three times a day, right here next to him with a megaphone, in the morning it’s early at 5 - 5.30, then the dog starts howling very loudly... Just kick-ass!!!
If you do not strive for perfection in service, then you can book. If you are looking for cleanliness, the smell of Thailand from fresh sheets, care from your host, then this is not the hotel and it is not worth spending the money.
The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ...
The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the hotel is located in the best location on the island. The white sand beach is soft and very comfortable to walk on. The restaurant in the hotel tastes very good. I only had one meal out during my 2-night stay and everything else was settled in the hotel.
Why is the service given one star? Because it discriminates against Chinese people! ! I had requested a twin room when I booked the hotel, but when I checked in, I requested a double room. The hotel receptionist was an older woman who kept emphasizing: Our hotel is doing very well and the rooms are fully booked. Did you notice that you requested a twin room? There is no arrangement for a twin room. I booked a hotel room in October, and it was exactly what I said when I arrived at the hotel. Then I asked if I could change to a twin room for the second night? The receptionist said that they could not change the room and the rooms were fully booked. The actual situation is that there are still a few high-end villas in the second row that are not occupied by guests (I checked them specifically at 22:00 in the evening).
Point 2: We were assigned a villa next to the reception hall. We could see half of it was the dock and half of it was the villa in front. We could also hear the conversations of the reception hall staff in the villa. Moreover, after checking in, there was no one to take me to the villa. I had to ask 3 times before someone came to greet me.
Summary: The hotel location, environment, and catering are all good, but the staff service is too poor and looks down upon Chinese people👎🏻

The price-quality ratio for this hotel on Ko Muk Island is very good. Located conveniently, everywhere walking to get to the beach Charlie Beach drove on tuck-tuck, and to Silavi on foot-5-8 minutes in a hurry. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Clean, cleaned by your order. There were not enough bedside bunks. The area is beautiful, green. Staff are polite and willing to fulfill all your wishes. Looking at other hotels on the island, I can quietly recommend this hotel for stopping. The island was taken from Tranga-taxi for 1.5 hour. The island rented a boat for 600 Bat to not wait for a ferry. Taken a tour to Kradan and to a cave for 700 Bat.. Initially wanted to stop on it. Snork on Kradan is good but no food except hotels. On Ko Muke with this without problems-many restaurants. On the last day took steaks fish for kilo, calmars, and strawberries small and juice. For all gave 760 batts for two. On Co Lipa the price was already higher for all the siafood. On Lipa on the fast boat arrived. Tickets can be bought quietly on the spot. All lying if you buy anything from food is free. We took juice. Charlie Beach liked a restaurant very much - and the view is beautiful and the food is delicious. The island is less twisted than Lipe. The tourists are not many, and in this is the delight of it. Again, I would have returned for a few days to snork on Kradan.

Good location, 40m to the shallow beach. Room 10, with a view of the trees from the window. The room is fairly spacious, the linen is clean, the furniture is in good condition. Only Thai is on TV. The air conditioner works, it is quiet. There is always drinking water, you can take more at any time, or pour coffee. They fight mosquitoes, but sometimes they fly in. There is a sewer hatch under the window from which it stinks, sometimes the room stinks too. Breakfast: eggs, sausages, toast. The pier is 700m or 100 baht. The staff is good, they speak English.
