Beautiful resort setting in a lovely garden by the sea, staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The family room we had, was large with good decor but needed updating, the air- con was noisy and didn't work properly but luckily there's electric fan to ease the heat. The swimming pool was really nice, a great addition as the beach at the hotel isn't suited for swimming. The Dada restaurant was really nice overlooking the sea, serving fantastic buffet breakfast, plenty of choices with eggs cooked to order section. We love the roti!! We also had delicious dinner at the Dada restaurant both nights we stayed.

Resort is placed at a mangrove site so not really suitable for swimming. But hotel offers free shuttle to the beaches eg Charlie beach and Sivalai beach. Then you can rent a tuktok going back for B50 per person. There is a small swimming pool, it's clean. The restaurant offers good dishes and not expensive. It has very nice milk teas and coffees. We ate most of our meals here as we are not sure of the cleanliness at outside restaurants. The staff esp Siya, is very nice and friendly. We rented a garden bungalow, unfortunately it didn't have water heater and this was not mentioned at the site where I booked the room.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits Pour arriver à l'hôtel il faut traverser le depot d'ordure qui brûlé toute la journée Pas une fois le ménage Serviettes jamais changées Aucun rangement dans la chambre Pas une étagère ou un crochet dans les toilettes eau froide pendant tout le séjour. Ma femme c 'est faite piquée par je ne sais quelle bestiole (voir photos) Il n'utilise a pas de plage devant l'hôtel mais une mangrove vaseuse. Le petit déjeuner de 7h30 à 10h la même tristesse du buffet tous les jours. Vous arrivez à 9h00 il n y a plu grànd chose. Je pourrais en faire des pages

3 jours superbes dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très agréable, l'endroit est magique. Départ en long tail boat juste devant pour des excursions journée, c'est top !! Et Dada la patronne est vraiment excellente !! A faire : le vieux point 30mn de marché et Charlie bach en taxi scooter.

Wij hadden dit resort 5 maanden van tevoren geboekt voor 5 nachten. Daar aangekomen bleek het resort overbooked en kregen we zeer ondermaatse bungalowtjes toegewezen te midden van een hoop troep rondom. Dit hebben wij niet geaccepteerd en we zijn vervolgens met een taxidriver het hele eiland overgegaan om een nieuw overnachtingsadres te zoeken.

Je n'y ai pas vraiment séjourné car nous avions une réservation réglée selon hôtel.com mais quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait aucune réservation. Le farang "gérant"a bien sûr dit que ce n'était pas de sa faute. Le problème est qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible à koh mook. Se méfier énormément.De plus le nom a changé Forever ? mais bien sûr ne figure pas sur TripAdvisor. A éviter.

Piccolo resort a conduzione familiare,con un atmosfera pacifica e sognante.Gestito da una famiglia con il sorriso negli occhi,staff attento e premuroso ❤️probabilmente si potrebbero migliorare molte cose,ma tutto passa in secondo piano su quest' isola ancora autentica e se si ha voglia di uscire dalle mete del turismo di massa Ko mook e il Garden resort sono il posto giusto!!!

Il est rare que je donne un mauvais avis lors de mes retours d’expérience dans TA. Nous avons quitté cet hôtel après 2 nuitées sur une réservation de 5 et un changement de chambre. Lors de la réservation il y a deux choix possibles avec et sans climatisation dans un bungalow en bois et bambou. Nous avons décidé de choisir la solution écologique avec le bord de mer et vent du large au lieu de la climatisation energivore. Quel déception, la première nuit nous avons eu droit à un bungalow à bout de souffle. Un filet d’eau froide, des toilettes cassées, des morceaux de mur absents, une vitre brisée, du bambou sous la poussière au dessus du couchage. On nous a rapidement proposé un autre bungalow qui ne correspondait pas au descriptif de l annonce, attention pas de climatisation = pas d’eau chaude. Les photos de présentation ne correspondent pas à la réalité, je vous passe l’accès à l hôtel dans la boue et à côté des immondices. Les photos jointes parlent d’elles même. Voilà mauvaise expérience par manque d’information.
