At first we booked our room from trip.com with fully paid. When we arrive to hotel our booking was not register at hotel. However hotel arranged to give better room than we booked. It was a nice trip with my friends and hotel employees have great smile and they help everything that we need. Thanks for your hospitality. And hotel rooms are also clean and tidy.

The rooms are old and need renovation. There are geckos running around the rooms. Breakfasts are not very varied. The most beautiful thing is the garden. Trees, bushes, flowers. Pool and seaeeee

Different sized rooms, rock hard beds, bricks as pillows, no safe... Breakfast had small variations on a daily basis (toast, jam, fruits, yoghurt, egg, sausage, 1-2 asian dishes, Powder coffee). Scooter could be rented on sight for 300bht/day. LIFE SAVING massage parlor by the beach, amazing 2 ladies on a daily basis offering massage. After trying to sleep on the rock hard beds, it was more than necessary 😂. Sandy beach but right next to the small boat harbour.. Would not choose to come back.

A shame! We arrived at the Suanya hotel to spend a few days in peace and in an idyllic setting. Unfortunately this was not the case... Upon discovering the setting we were enchanted, this enchantment very quickly transformed into disappointment then anger. In fact, the room that was offered to us turned out to be unsanitary! It is not located in the hotel complex but outside in a building that makes you not want to enter! No windows, a “balcony” overlooking the sewers! The bathroom was the worst part of this “room” presence of dirt, mold and rust on the door and taps! The ventilation overlooking the sewers waves of foul odor permeated the room, moreover the presence of holes gave plenty of time for various insects to invade our “room”. The bed did not have a blanket, we asked for one and we were given a blanket and a towel… We asked the staff to change rooms but the only response we got was “it’s full! ". The staff had no consideration for our well-being, unfriendly in all circumstances. So we left the hotel early to find better and at similar prices! To flee!
