I highly recommend this place if you want to relax on Koh Chang. We have stayed at this resort several times over the years and it has always been a great experience. It is very quiet, feels safe and has a beautiful green garden. The rooms are comfortable and clean and everything is well maintained. I would recommend the AC ocean view bungalows in the front row. With large windows, you can enjoy the ocean view from your room or hang out on the terrace. You can watch the sunset if the sky is clear. It is also a great place during the rainy season because of the spacious terrace with nice views. There are comfortable chairs and beanbags close to the sea where guests can hang out. The reception has a mini-supermarket and helps to organize transportation and day trips. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with many restaurants, bars and shops on the main road within easy reach. But the resort is quiet and you can only hear the sound of the waves. This place offers great value for money and we have always extended our stay and will be back in the future.

Rooms are clean and big. Check in as check out is smooth. The bar and restaurant looks new. The rooms seems to be renoveted. But the suroundings need attention. Some parts of the wooden floor on the restaurant where shaking as we walked over it. The bathroom is updated but shower was was weak pressure and the Shower head need to be cleaned. The restaurant food was, amazing good en fair priced. Staff is helpful and friendly. Most customers where young guests and the bar near our room was a bit loud. After all it was a plus. But loved more our stay at Bang Bao, it was more peacefully and natural . We're an older couple 🙏🇹🇭

The accommodation is very simple and in places very run down, the cleanliness is acceptable. Despite this, I was able to sleep here without any problems and for the price you can't really get upset about unnecessary little things. Accordingly, I would recommend it to people who are not looking for extraordinary luxury, but are simply looking for cheap, passable accommodation.

The rooms are ok, although quite old. The resort is far from the pier but compensates by being next to the sea and having a quiet atmosphere. Overall, it is considered more than worth the price of hundreds of baht for tourist attractions on a long holiday like this.

I recently stayed in a pool villa at this hotel, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some issues. The villa itself was spacious and nice, but it felt a bit old and in need of maintenance. One major downside was the jacuzzi, which had a bubble function that wasn’t working. The shower was also frustrating, as the water heater didn’t function properly, giving only very hot or very cold water with no in-between. On the second day, we faced low water pressure, and the heater stopped working altogether. Despite informing the staff in the late morning and returning in the afternoon, the problem was still not fixed. It seemed like the front desk and the maintenance team didn’t communicate well, which was disappointing. As for the breakfast, it was just okay—nothing special but decent enough. That said, one good point is that the price is reasonable compared to other hotels on the island. If they can improve their maintenance and service, this place could be a much better choice.

We loved everything, and the main criteria when looking for a hotel was walking distance to a good beach and a room as close to the sea as possible. So, we were very pleased! The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location on what we consider to be the best beach on Koh Chang. For this, we can forgive its other shortcomings. The main drawback is the distance from cafes, shops, etc. You have to walk about 15 minutes along the beach. Also, the monkeys that wandered the hotel grounds every day in search of food were a bit of a nuisance. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast; it wasn't anything special, but we didn't leave hungry. The rooms close to the beach are all renovated and fresh. Overall, we recommend it! We'll definitely be back 😊

Booked for 3239 rubles. We got a clean little house number 13. There is a refrigerator, toilet paper and soap in the house. It will do for an overnight stay. I do not recommend it for a long term stay. For the same price you can rent a luxury hotel nearby. In general, price/quality. Do not expect much from this place.
