Great place to stay have wanted to stay here on our last two visits to Kho Chang but it’s been to expensive or full we were lucky enough this time to get in for a reasonable price be it for only two nights. First night we had a problem with the air con not putting out cold air we had it set to 16 to try and cool the room but had to sleep outside the covers as it was so hot, told reception next morning they had Someone come out and fix second night it worked fine Location is great although white sand area has been hit hard with Covid, lots of empty bars and shops, it is also out of season which doesn’t help (June) we didn’t eat or drink here as it is over priced compared to other places we used on white sand Will defiantly stay here again

Nice location

This is a great resort in a great location, right on the beach. The room was big, clean and very modern western style. Food is very tasty, also western food available, but a bit expensive compared to other restaurants along the sea edge. We found that it felt like a good meeting place for expats that weren’t staying at the resort. This made it feel like a club rather than a resort.

Good for the price

Overall, it's not bad. Let's talk about the advantages first: the location is very good, one side is the white sand beach, the other side is the main street, there are fire show restaurants, 711, and shops for group tours nearby, which is very convenient. It is not far from the filming location of the first season of the Chinese restaurant; the interior of the room is good, the equipment is relatively new, and the TV can watch YouTube and Netflix; beach towels are provided, which can be used for going out to the sea or swimming. Disadvantages: For some reason, the toilet in the room I stayed in had a strong odor as soon as it was opened, but it could not be smelled when it was covered; the room I stayed in was on the first floor, so if someone came over, it would be easy to be seen, but fortunately the room was in the corner, which was a little better; the swimming pool was very small, which might be an illusion given by the promotional picture, so it was a bit suspected of photo fraud. The hotel itself also has a restaurant, but I didn't try it this time. I will try it next time if I have the chance. Again, the most lively place on Koh Chang is the white beach, but there are not many people on the white beach at this time, which is really suitable for lying down!

Great hotel with a convenient location. A good choice for a relaxing holiday. In a small area there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace and a restaurant with varied and delicious food. Attentive, polite and friendly staff!

The hotel is located on White Beach, with a 711 and a ticketing point next to it, which is convenient. The hotel has a restaurant, which serves Western-style hamburgers, fries, and steaks. We also ordered Thai food, but the pork and chicken were averagely fresh and not of good quality. The hotel is relatively small and has very few rooms. To be honest, the view of the sea view room is average, the room is spacious, the wifi is easy to disconnect, the air conditioner is not powerful, the hair dryer is broken, the service attitude of the hotel staff is okay, but the efficiency is relatively low.

Good hotel, delicious food, what I like is there's draft beer. The pool closes a little early but it's OK, close to 7-11. Drug stores and restaurants are convenient for travel, not too far from the pier. Overall ok.

The room is very clean, the location is on the white sand beach, very close to the Chinese restaurant, it is very lively at night, there are several 711 and Thai massage parlors nearby. There is a young lady at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese, there is no barrier to communication, and everyone is super nice. His restaurant is also delicious. When we were about to check out on the last day, we asked them to borrow bath towels to go out to sea, and they were willing to lend them to us, thank you very much 🙏We all like this hotel very much, and we will choose this hotel again next time we come to Koh Chang

The staff is friendly and the restaurant food is delicious. The swimming pool is small, but it is connected to the white sand beach, so the sunset view is good. The room on the first floor is a bit humid and the air conditioner is weak. Willing to revisit.

My favourite hotel on my favourite island in my favourite country in the whole world. I don’t know what else you need. White sand, clear blue sea, fabulous Thai and European food, cocktails, beers, fresh cocktails, coffee shop, ice cream parlour,deckchairs pool, the rooms are VERY nice 👌🏻

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the stay. Nice spacious rooms. Super area for restaurant with lots of sofas to rest or eat in. The beach is beautiful and clean- and easy access to little shops, cheap massage and pharmacies. Would stay here again
