The best view. The best personal. The best relaxation hotel. I wish I will return again.

The hotel might be a bit old and the location might not be a plus point but the services and facilities that have been provided are excellent. At the hotel has swimming pool, pool bar, basketball machine, table tennis, kayak and paddle board. There is buggy service which really makes our stay are super convenient. To go outside, they also have the accommodated shuttle bus but since we drove there so we haven't had chance to use their transportation much. Our family was having such a great time there. The owner and his staff are very caring and look after the guests very well. We surely stay in this hotel again if we have chance to visit Koh Chang again.

Came here with a friend for a Christmas holiday and it was great. The guest manager was a delight and he was very personable, helping with breakfast and conversing with guests about places he loved on the island and life in general. He seems to actually love his job which is refreshing. The rooms were delightful and clean and the bath tub was so soothing as was the view. But note that the resort is at the top of the island so if you want to go to beaches like bang bao bay or lonely island you’ll have to hire a car or taxi. Luckily the resort helped us with that. A staffer named Q even helped my friend find a spot for a late night snack. Overall our stay was great. I would suggest adding a vending machine to the resort for snacks when the kitchen is closed as well as maybe having an additional shuttle available for beaches farther away to allow for guests to sign up to pay a travel fee that they could split evenly. (For example, Mondays is lonely island, Tuesdays you may go to bang bao bay etc). Other than that everything was easy and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Private villa is expensive but worth the money if sharing or you can afford it. Staff are very helpful and nice. They will get you everything you need, including free minivan service. Food is lovely. Big gym with everything in there. Pool is great. This place is better than the photos. I will be staying again and highly recommend it.

Peaceful accommodation, very private Suitable for people who want to relax. It's a private beach. I really like it. The breakfast is not a lot but delicious. The beach is a lane not suitable for playing. But the accommodation provides free swimming at the beach and a shuttle service. If going to 7-Eleven there is a free shuttle. There are a lot of peacocks, very peaceful and natural. The staff speak well at every service point.

The room conditions match the price, the service attitude is very good, the bay is very playable and safe. The breakfast is also good, the dinner service is a little slow, and the location is far away from the town. There are three free shuttle buses every day, and the front desk can also help call a taxi. In short, the price is relatively high, and it is worth recommending.

The hotel is located quite far from restaurants and bars, but you can rent a bike or car at the hotel. There is also a scheduled transport that is ready to take you to White Beach or to the store. The staff is friendly, responsive and ready to help with any issue. The general manager approaches the guests at breakfast and asks how their vacation is going. The hotel area is large, but not well-groomed. It is clear that this was once a luxury hotel; after Covid, it apparently wants to restore its former glory, but so far it has not worked out very well. Most of the vacationers are European grandparents. The place is suitable for a quiet and cozy holiday.

Quite ok for Thailand but the price-performance ratio is poor, not a recommendation, the complex is in need of renovation, the houses are quite nice.

Generally speaking, the hotel is very nice, it is very big, the environment is very good, and the service is also in place. The hotel can meet all the needs of vacation, private beach, swimming pool, trampoline, hammock, various internet celebrity swings, free kayaks, shuttle bus, and more You can ask the hotel for any service you want, and the hotel will help you. The only downside is that there is no Chinese service, and there are cockroaches in the hotel. The hygiene of the hotel is still very good. It is estimated that cockroaches cannot be avoided in Thailand.

The room is clean, the bathroom is very big, the important thing is that the service is good in every department. There is a chance to go to Koh Chang again and stay in the same place.
