The hotel is under construction. The front office manager decided to put me under the construction. They woke me up at 8 am and there was noise all day long. The pool was dirty and room was not properly clean. The restaurant staff were all very nice and friendly. Reception really not good service.

Solo trip for a few days, had the best time.
Asked to changed room since it was interconnecting and noisy but they did it without questions.

I would like to thank Khun Jell for helping us with the change in room, it meant a lot to us.
Like what others have mentioned, many processes could have been a little more smooth. There were long wait times for the room, food at beach bar, housekeeping requests, and drinks at breakfast, and this was quite annoying. It was not exactly value for money - Dinso charges a pretty penny per night (300USD++) but the entire experience felt like a 3* hotel rather than a 4 or 5* hotel. Staff were not the most proficient in the English language so communication was quite limited too.
The beach club is lovely but I do wish the staff prioritized hotel customers rather than other walk-ins.
