The location is good, the breakfast is delicious, the cleanliness is average, like normal service apartments. The service is very ordinary. I don't see any employees smiling. As far as I can see, it's like the owner of the school brings relatives to work to help. It's a family business and receives money from the company if asked if they want to go back and stay. Again? The hotel is very tired. The area is dirty, there is garbage, it’s clear that it’s been there for a long time, since the pandemic. The tiles in the pool are loose, the sun loungers and umbrellas are broken, etc. But the main disadvantage is that people steal from the hotel. I don't recommend it

Everything about this resort & it's staff is good. Even if it is dark & late at night , it is still just a few minutes resort walk on a small road back to the resort & the main street shops close very late so it is very safe with some nearby hotel security from 4 * & 5* hotels staying near the road. The resort breakfast is sufficient & standard. The 7am ~ 10am breakfast timing works for early risers & late sleepers. Their staff are careful & meticulous in their work & they greet all hotel guests politely & they are soft spoken. The pretty big swimming pools is good but i like to spend my days on a sandy beach & this is the only thing i miss. The bed is soft & comfortable with thick blankets & soft cuddly pillows. TV has channels in many languages & does not have any reception issues. I stayed in a standalone bungalow & so some of my comments are only for this type of accomodation. I only have praises for this resort & it's staff.

This hotel was of chalet type, room was big enough for us, two adults and child 8yo. Nice and clean room, bath with shower and bathtub, big comfortable beds. Sea was very close from the room, just a few steps away, it is visible in my photos. There were many good restaurants nearby, not expensive, cheap massage spa also nearby (8 USD for 1 hour). Breakfast buffet was basic, but ok. Sea shore was of dangerous stones, better use special bath shoes, or we used to walk to the other sandy beach nearby, just a 5 mins walk. Rented kayak there to visit small island in front of the hotel. Hotel pool was quite big and nice, though staff at the bar did not speak English well and drinks priced a bit higher, than in the restaurants around. So we preferred to go out for dining, not at the hotel. We also rented motorbike at the hotel to drive around the island. There was elephant farm excursion, that we booked outside off the hotel, nice, riding elephant for 1 hour in the jungle. A few cons: hotel window door was loose, should be fixed. Stair handles were totally broken, dangerous for the disabled or older customers, not a problem for us though. No shoes allowed in the breakfast area, we were not used to such restrictions, though not a big deal.

The best experience on Koh Chang. We stayed in a superior sea view room 10 meters from the sea with a stunning sun set view. Great big terass shade all day and absolutely wonderful views. The pool was amazing, large and warm. Great sunset views and a restaurant on the side with drinks and food. Breakfast was rich and varied every day. Personal really nice and helpful. Five stars guys!!!!!!
