This is our first hotel at Koh Chiang. A bit far from the pier but we enjoyed our stay. Good service and kindness made a difference. Peaceful and relax environment.

Very unclean, dirty towels and bedsheets, house cleaning didn’t clean our room during our stay.

Well room cleaning was terrible. They didn’t even sweep the counter. All the did is took the tip we left and put new towels. Sorry they also swiped the floor a little bit. Hotel looks tired. Beach part is really bad. No bar. People order a drink in some kind of staff entrance that isn’t looking customer friendly. So we never ordered any drinks there. If they would make it nicer I’m sure they could make an extra $. But thai people are super lazy so no surprise on this. Overall - better choose hotel next to it.

The room is far from the beach and look really old musty.

Stayed in the budget rooms, which are about a five minute walk from the main resort and on the opposite side of the road. Room was very spacious and well designed with lots of places to put stuff and plugs near the bed. Bathroom was also really nice and featured a large independent shower, with lots of shelf space to put stuff. The breakfast is very nice and the resort is located in front of a beautiful sandy beach. Overall a very pleasant stay. One negative is that the Wi-Fi was not working so we ended up using up all of our mobile data during our one week stay.

The room is spacious, with clear bathroom zone separation. There is a soaking tub. The water is very hot. The bed is soft and there are lots of pillows. Breakfast, especially porridge, is delicious. Beautiful beach, can play in the water There are only rocks at the beginning to walk on, be very careful. After that time, the sand is soft and the pool has a good view. The downside is that the lights in the room are barely bright. and the overall picture is not clean

Cozy hotel, large green area, perfect beach without rocks and corals. Breakfast a la carte, large rooms, umbrellas, kettle, safe, refrigerator, telephone (not even turned on) Helpful staff, many cafes and massage parlors nearby.

Recommended if you want to stay here, reserve next to the sea because if you reserve not next to the sea, you will go to another spot which is on the opposite side, about 200 meters away from the lobby. But there will be a shuttle from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sometimes it takes a while to wait. The room is a bit old. The swimming pool is on the mountain and the view is very beautiful. The atmosphere is nice and quiet like having a private beach. The drinks at Red Inn are very expensive. The breakfast was very good. Overall it's passable.

The room is excellent, spacious Bath in the middle of the room, veranda with a gorgeous view, very clean, polite staff, always helpful Breakfast is poor, all the rooms are on the mountain, you have to walk up and down stairs... in the heat... The beach is not very clean, the sand is yellow with stones, shells, branches... the children did not want to play in the sand... the entry into the sea is covered in large stones, but if you walk a little to the rocks, then everything is fine.

It can be considered a nice hotel to stay in Koh Chang. Come with your family. Book a room next to the sea, the view is very beautiful, there is a private beach, the sea is nice to play in, the rooms are ok. One room that was booked had a problem with the air conditioner not being cool. But the hotel takes care very well and changes the room to a new one. I booked a sea view deluxe room. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk said that it was fully booked and upgraded to a room type for free. The sea view was great and the location was very quiet. The hotel's swimming pool is recommended, with a good view and clear water The beach is also very good The breakfast is average, well...it is indeed average

I really liked the hotel, the comfort in the rooms in Bali style, the wildlife, the jungle around, even the monkeys delighted us with their presence, the hotel is not new, but it is kept in good condition, an excellent beach, where at any low tide there is always a comfortable swimming area, comfortable water for swimming, a very interesting separate nook of the beach, deserted, to which you can swim or walk along the shore. There is one drawback: the topmost rooms are located on the hill itself and you need to climb the stairs to get to them, but this is even very useful for vacationers, a kind of cardio and very beautiful views. The first day was a bit difficult, but on the third day we were already running up these stairs. If you are traveling by car, there are two good parking areas: one below where the reception is, the second near the highest rooms. The views from the pool are absolutely fantastic. Nearby there are massage parlors, inexpensive private ones, cafes with an adequate price tag, and if anyone is interested in Walking Street of the island. We liked the breakfast, no frills, but the main dishes are all there. We highly recommend it, we definitely plan to stay here on our next trip.

Book his simple room. The price is cheaper. It's a long walk to the beach and his swimming pool. Be sure to go to his beach or swim in his swimming pool. This is a better value for money. The breakfast area facing the sea is beautiful.
