This is a homestay. When I booked it, I chose a hotel and didn’t look closely to see that there was no diamond at the back. Cleaning and electricity bills for the B&B are all paid separately. There is no 711 nearby, and it is quite a distance from the main road. Moreover, when you check in, it is not an order made by the front desk, but a private one. Later, I didn't stay for two nights, so I changed to another hotel. I spent hundreds of dollars on the phone with Ctrip. Fortunately, Ctrip said that the electricity bill would be paid before check-in, and the room fee for the two nights I didn't stay was also refunded. I will have to look carefully when checking in next time. Ctrip is also good and can solve customers' problems. I will continue to use it.
