"The resort and room is beautiful. We saw black tip sharks, turtles, eagle rays and lots of fishes from our room! This resort offers a great snorkeling area. However, our room (57) was infested with cockroaches. We saw 5 during our stay. Although rooms are clean and spotless, quite disappointed there are lots of roaches. If you’re looking for a private island feel, this is for you. We barely saw much guests around the resort and everyone was quite spread out. Also they have lots of activities to do on the island, which is great for adults and children alike. Just note that babysitting service is for 3 yo and up. Food is honestly disappointing. We didn’t mind paying but not when food is subpar. We ordered in room dining which came from breeze kitchen and had buffet at edge. Both disappointing. Genuinely hope the resort can improve of these."

"I decided to travel during the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The hotel provides speedboat transfers, which makes it easy to choose flights. The island is well-equipped, and the gym, water entertainment, dining, and water houses are all beyond my expectations. I recommend this hotel."

"If you're seeking late-night parties and DJs, this might not be the resort for you. Now, let's dive into the details. The resort is conveniently located just a 20-25 minute speedboat ride from Male airport. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the island is small enough to walk around in 15-20 minutes. We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool and half-board. The pool was shaded by palm trees during the hottest parts of the day, and the beach was simply perfect. The online photos might appear a bit dated, but the reality is much better. Our dedicated butler, Reema, was incredibly kind and attentive, making our babymoon special with hot baths, flower arrangements, and private celebrations. She took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The resort features three restaurants and a charming bar. The food at Lime, the main restaurant, was exceptional—everything we tried was delicious. Although the breakfast buffet wasn't extensive, it was complemented by an à la carte menu that offered a variety of tasty options. Lala made our dinners extra special with his food recommendations and attentiveness to our preferences. Overall, our entire trip was a success, and the Baros team truly made it memorable. Things to know: - Transfers are chargeable by the hotel. Ensure you inform them of your arrival flight 2 days in advance and get confirmation on your transfer. - The hotel is very relaxed and private, making it ideal for newlyweds, honeymooners, and families with older children. - The resort offers daily activities, including excursions, snorkeling trips, cruises, yoga, and more. Some activities are chargeable, while others are free, and all necessary gear is available at the Marine Center at no cost. We would visit again."

"The rooms are average, the food and beverages are not rich but the products are excellent. The snorkeling environment is very good, you can see sharks and turtles. The service is pretty good, the room and yard are cleaned very well. The island is very small and only takes 10 minutes to walk around. You can participate in the hotel's snorkeling, fishing, and dolphin watching at reasonable prices. There is a gym but no swimming pool."

"Amazing stay at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. Brand new island resort, only recently opened a few months ago. The smiling, helpful team at Centara make you able to leave all worries behind and fully enjoy a carefree holiday in paradise. It is the team that makes hotel/resort stay great, and you can feel the positive energy of all the staff encountered. Most notably Emmi and Nicha from the Front Office when above and beyond to make our stay extra special. "Everything is good!!! But I think there should have a buggy service to send guests to the water bungalow which ours was really very far. We got the all inclusive and is really well included which covered my 3 meals and all time drinks! Nicely set up bday deco with request (just pay of coz). If you are not using their paid services (kayak, parasailing, water ski, massage, etc), u don’t need to waste a single cent. Food is good! 4 types; Arabic, Thai, Italian and International. If you got all inclusive you can book any of the restaurant for your meals but 1 day advance. If u didn’t book/did not get all inclusive, you can only dine at ocean restaurant which is the international buffet. As we got all inclusive, we have free flow of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, hot coffee/tea, spirits and wines). We drank until we had cleared what’s on the menu, we requested the bartender to recommend us or give us what they could offer (foc) and they really gave it to us! Nice experience!"

"Stayed two nights (approximately 2.3w RMB) and concluded that it is a low cost hotel. A. The island is not big. There are two restaurants, one Japanese and one chowder. "Perfect stay in paradise! Kudos to Shafeeq for the great housekeeping, twice a day! We were lucky to join Bandos 52nd Anniversary Celebrations and met so many friendly staff members and returning guests. Reef was great for snorkelling. We will be back."
