It’s a home stay, doesn’t mention in the description though so we weren’t aware. Location is beautiful it’s an old British architecture villa and has direct access to coakers walk but way too expensive just for a pretty view... Their door didn’t lock from the outside it had a lock which was so loose that it would simply open on pushing...

The place is an old bungalow converted into a hotel / homestay and it is a wonderful property. The location is amazing and you get to see the whole valley view of Coaker's Walk. The lawns and gardens are very well maintained; the rooms are cozy and warm. The living space is good too with all basic amenities. The only problem is the service which can be improved upon. We were staying with a toddler and I would not recommend it with small children (below 5 years or so) as there is no live kitchen and we need to order for food. The food is served after 2-3 hours which might not be convenient for the kids. We ended up ordering via Swiggy for our kid. Food order was placed at 6.30pm and was served at 9pm! Since the place is near the main road, there's some traffic noise in the rooms especially at night. Other than this inconvenience, rest all was fine.

The service was very bad in the property and the breakfast served is really bad, they don't have food enough even if there are very few guests. Need to improve on it

Excellent location. Near to town centre on top of hill side with amazing valley views. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has antiques all around. Breakfast is alright. Juice, tea dosa idli omlette toast. It's a mix of honestly and hotel. Ypu don't get room service but ypu have a caretaker always there to help out. Tea coffee arrangement is there in room also can be ordered on charge. Lunch dinner can be arranged but ypu need to tell them 5 6 hours in advance.

The property is beautiful, but the staff is incredibly inhospitable. We visited to book a stay and were rudely shooed away. This is not how guests should be treated in the hospitality industry. Zero stars. Property has greenery and is family place
