The property is amazing with breath taking view of the lake and mountains covered with clouds . The service is excellent and the staff in the hotel are very loving and courteous. Even the room service is exceptional. They arrive in jiffy on a call. Special mention of the housekeeping staff Mr Nagraj ,Divakar and their team members for maintaining the rooms and surrounding Abhishek and Rajesh at the reception are always there to guide you around for any information required around the town. Travel Desk can be contacted by local sight-seeing and drop and pickup from airport's. Once again thanks to the Rahejas for the comfortable and relaxing stay and wishing all at THE CARLTONS a very Happy Diwali.

Decent hotel to stay in kodai with best amenities. Service is excellent, especially Mr Anand & Mr Arun are very cordial. Location is apt for this hotel , very near to tourist spots, shopping, boating, ATMs etc Overall a best hotel to choose if you are visiting Kodaikanal

The experience at Carlton was really nice . The money they ask is worth it and it is really nice amenities . The kind staff make it more comfortable and enjoyable . I would recommend everyone reading this review to come and enjoy this experience .

i enjoyed the stay very much . the staff was very helpful and friendly. atmosphere here is very much cool and food is very delicious .cleanliness was so good. simran is nice person.and we became friends…her nature was very good.thank you so much carlton.

It’s always a pleasure to return to the Carton. The enchanting location on the lake is of course its USP, but Mr Rajkumar , Mr Antony and the Carlton team provide exceptional service too. The food is great and the rooms are comfortable . The best part is sitting on the balcony with a book, or your phone, and gaze into the lake every now and then! Highly recommend it!

Very nice service and well maintained property. Very courteous staff and a special thanks to Anand for his guidance on local attractions and amenities. Definitely will recommend and will consider again when in Kodaikanal. Also breakfast and dinner arrangments were very good!

It was the great stay with Beautiful Scenery view. Room service was good. Anand and Senrayan cooperated well through the stay. Food was great ***** with aminities was good and Staff was very cooperative. Thank you for the awesome stay. Will definitely see next time!

It was quite good experience.we had a good guidance from simran, guest relation associate....we had our son's surprise birthday party....which made him very happy...it was very unexpected....he was very happy..he cried out of happiness
