The room was so clean and neat. The hot water supply is great. We need kettle at least to make a warm drinking water as the weather is often so chill we can't call for room service often. That's it. Thank you

No proper communication. While coming to hotel when we asked for location. They told i am busy. When we reached there the staff allotted the room where there were no hot water. After they changed the room. Internet was available at ground floor lobby only. When we asked the manger they told u should hire five star hotel. Worst service.

There were no proper road to enter the vehicle. No proper assistance from property honour. Staff word was like you should take 5 star hotal. Broken tub. Sink broken

Good to stay. Neat and clean rooms. Helpful staffs with good response. Room lights, hot water facility, smart lock everything are good. But tv not working. Quick accessible to city shops and lake. But narrow roads to reach. Thankyou

The place is in a hard to reach spot. I could not take my car here because of the narrow roads. The only problem with this place is its location. The staff was nice. The room was ok. The water heater was small but ok.

Stay is okay, but restaurant is not available in hotel. But someone comes and told as hotel cab (taj cab) and they first told for local sightseeing & village tour. But after completed they ask extra 500 for cab driver. Don't accept the taj cab facility. You go separately means it comes at a low price alone.
