My hopes were really high after I saw the pictures . After visiting the property, I was so disappointed with their services and hospitality that I had to cut down my stay duration and visit some other resort.

The experience at this place is below par and I will not recommend this place to anyone. The restaurant is a disaster. Poor food and quality, no proper management and it looks like fish market. The order will be served cold to you, live counters are joke. Poorly trained staff. Food will be served but not the plates. This is definitely not a 5- star experience. The room service is literally not available. For everything you need to call at least twice or thrice, you may get lucky the 3rd time. In Short horrible and pathetic experience and will not recommend. This place needs a good manager who understands customer, only talking politely doesn’t help all the time.

The property is located in a very beautiful place in between the coffee Estates away from the city. it’s a perfect place for a family to spend some quality time engage in different activities. I would highly recommend this place to someone who is looking to spend some time away from the city hustle.Good food and courteous & friendly staff.

Stay was good. Property is a bit away from main city but has lot to offer. Petting zoo and stable are good attraction for kids. Nature walk and golf session are good add ons. Food is also satisfactory. Overall value for money

The property was quite big with multiple activities that kept my kid busy and happy. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. The disappointing factor was the food! There are no nearby restaurants so we're forced to have all the meals at the in-resort restaurant. We tried many dishes over the course of 2days and every single dish managed to be below average. Even a roadside darshini serves better food. Additionally, the prices are exorbitant. 450Rs for a normal sugary milkshake!
The service was bad when we were there due to many trainees serving there. Overall, the food brought down the ratings.

Highlight of the resort is the location and mountain view from the balcony (kota betta peak) and regarding food quality is good but taste wise it should be improved.

The resort is vast, beautiful, heaven for a nature lover ... rooms spacious clean... food yummm... great hospitality... the staff was prompt, polite, very friendly.. my baby’s food was well prepared..
