Property taken by Gokulam grand hotel and spa, so it will take time for them to set team. But i really appreciate courteous staff like Nikhil, whenever I asked help in regards to food or service he was prompt. Mr Mahesh - Thank u for taking care of us. Hope to see you again. Pool was too clean to dive in. So hope next time it's ready to serve much better. Thanks a lot to entire team.

Poolt maintained property. Currently taken over from Gokulum by Paddington, hence nothing is maintained, and they just want to mint money. They did not allow ala-carte when their buffer had 3 dishes for vegetarians. I have a better buffet spread at my home - just some badlu prepared food without taste and options. The swimming pools are dirty - we booked a private villa but nothing is clean. Bed sheets are dirty, and room had a bad stink when you entered initially. Please avoid until they have their services up again. We booked it because of the great reviews but it's far from it currently. Do confirm options in food menu etc., they are serving at limited capacity. There's nothing nearby so unless you are travelling by car, so you'll be stuck with them. The front desk is nice though, they’ll help

Great service and friendly staff. Would love visit again. The resort is scenenic with beautiful plants flowers and fruits like figs grow inside the property. The pool is clean and clear to swim in. The food quality is average.

Location of the resort is good, away from busy roads. We had chosen honeycomb room, which was huge with beautiful pool view and the plantation view. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The management and the team are very helpful especially Natesh, Pavan at the restaurant were on their toes to the needs of the customer Spa and massage was well maintained, Mithun has good massage experience. Swimming pool is not maintained well, it needs to be cleaned , since we went in summer and were disappointed for that. Other Amenities like gym, games, zip lane were good.

Management is very important but staff is backbone of any business, I should say Paddington resort has best staff and service, We really enjoyed our stay here, All stall including housekeeping, kitchen all other staff were excellent, They made us felt like home!! Spa service was excellent. We appreciate everyone to make our stay special and memorable. Forgive us if we miss any staff member and their service. Thank you everyone!!

It was a great experience @paddington resort. Tasty food, beautiful ambience, Excellent cottages. Well maintained rooms & friendly staffs. Both indoor & outdoor games r good. Located near to nisargadama & dubbare

This is a place one would like to go for a laid back and relaxed stay. It is located 3 kms interior from the Madikeri main road but is a sprawling property in the middle of nature. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The spa massage i took from Mithun was rejuvenating. The honeycomb room that I took was spacious with a huge balcony. The TV in my room did not work and nothing was done about it. But that was a minor glitch. The food was above average and Bhoutika at the reception was friendly yet professional.

Had a great stay at Paddington resort and spa Coorg.excellent service by staff prashanth (food court)& bhoutika (reception)would like to visit again.it will be good if they keep smart tv it will be good for kids entertainment
