A fabulous property nestled amidst the misty mountains of Coorg. The property has a natural waterfall inside its premises and offers loads of outdoor activities to keep your kids engaged . Food was excellent , and special mention of the F&B Manager Mr Niladri and others viz Mr Sukhendu at the restaurant who were always at beckon call to help us with any food at the restaurant.

Excellent property and the personal touch by the staff right from the reception area (Yukta, Deepa, Jishnu, Unni etc.) covering well all the departments, the naturalist Mr Vishwanath and his activity partner Rajesh to the chefs Sukhendu, SaiRam and the housekeeping staff Emol and not to forget the bartender Mr Som really took me during my stay. I will highly recommend the property for its location, it's natural waterfall, it's food and it's brilliant staff.

Sukhendu das was very decent person. We loved his service. The way he treats a person like family memeber. He is very polite and helpful. Kudos to him. Everybody should visit here try food. They have variety of options in breakfast or meal. Simply awesome!

One of the lovely resorts added in my list. pleasant weather adding more value. staff are very calm and supportive. Excellent view from anywhere from the resort and cottages. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment and especially 24X7 voice of Malabar whistle thrush bird. Ayatana is an exceptional place located in the midst of a forest. Its location is unique considering there is a private waterfall providing you with a breath of fresh air every time you get out of your room. Speaking of the room, we stayed in a Suite cottage, and, it was really good. The room was big, so was the bathroom, and, the living room was decent enough to sit down and relax or even grab your laptop for some work. You've got a big 55' TV if you fancy watching something. The property is huge, and you have plenty to do including Nature walk, Yoga, Zip-lining (absurd), rope walking and so much more. For people who fancy some indoor games, you've practically got everything you need including Ping Pong, Carrom, Snooker, Foosball etc. And, of course, there's a large infinity pool overlooking the waterfall which makes it surreal when you take a dip in the water. The best part though is the food which is incredible! Such a big spread, plenty of options for both vegetarians & non-vegetarians. Every single dish is crafted to perfection. 99% of the dishes we had were exceptional. Desserts are really nice, and you have different options everyday. Some of the breakfast items could've been better, but, overall, very very good. To top it off, the staff are very kind & attentive. They are always ready to listen to you, and attend to your requests. So, kudos to them! A couple of things can be improved though - some of the corners of the room could've been cleaned better as we found some spider webs. And, the housekeeping team should automatically refill the Shower gel and or Shampoo without us asking for them to do so. Other than that, an incredible experience! The property is very beautiful with an amazing waterfall. We stayed their for few days the ambience was good and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. We really enjoyed the morning nature walk and the view of water fall from glass house and swimming pool

My husband and I with a 5 months old baby, would joyful say that this has been our perfect choice of retreat. The entire place has been well maintained in spite of being inside a dense forest. Spacious rooms, huge and clean bathroom, full length balcony with double doors (mosquito net + glass doors), and efficient room service personnel’s all together a great package treat. Food was exceptionally good with a wide variety to choose from. Commutation between the restaurant and cottage had been well handled by buggies. To add to the enchantment was a private waterfall, the sound of which resonates in every corner of the estate. Wilderness Spa : Serene! They do have a kids play area, zip line and a swimming pool. There was no tower coverage for Airtel connection, Jio works well. They had a pretty decent wifi connection, which did get disrupted on and off but was sorted out quickly. A small disappointment was the size of the bed, could have been a bit bigger. Overall, our experience at Ayatana, Coorg was ecstatic. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family. We would like to thank the entire team for making our daughter’s first vacation a memorable one.
