The rooms are good and a very good view of the valley from balcony. The service is average and we faced difficulty in ordering the dinner in the resort. There is nothing very near to the resort have to goto madikeri only for anything you need. We had infants as with us on the trip and we ordered food for them too but the resort people didn’ttook any request and told that the dinner order is closed though we were just 10-15 min late in ordering it. Also the reply on our order was sent 25-30 min after the order placement. This is not good. As there is nothing nearby they should atleast give a call to each room to ask if they want to order as they are closing the order soon. I atleast expect this as we are paying a good amount for this resort.

The location of the property was excellent—peaceful and away from the noise of the city. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Waking up in the morning with a cup of tea or coffee while enjoying the greenery, the soothing sound of a small waterfall, and the chirping of birds was truly refreshing.
We stayed in a cottage, which was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The facilities provided were great and met our expectations.
The pricing was reasonable, making it a good value for money. While the food was decent, there’s some room for improvement, but nothing to complain about.
Overall, it's a wonderful getaway for those looking to escape the city's hustle and immerse themselves in nature. Would definitely recommend it!

Property is newly built. We booked a cottage, which is the most expensive room in the resort. After we arrived, the manager Avinash was rude - he didn’t even greet us, it felt like he was doing us a favour by giving us the key. After we went to our room, there was noise because of construction, the kitchen staff were playing loud music. And the worst is the tree which goes right inside the cottage makes a weird screeching noise, making it impossible to sleep.

The property location was easy to reach, staffs were friendly and quick to respond. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was clean. Food was okay. I preferred going to the town to try kodagu delicacies. One thing which made us uncomfortable was the pillows, it had fungus and bedspread could have been even more clean.

Contacted before checkin to resort and also got the location details so that place has been found easily which we can travel through local auto rickshaw or else through taxi. But be carefull about the prices offering for pick up and drops. Games activities are less in the resort. It should be improved more as everyone will be fed up with just eating and sleeping. also not having any particular good places in resort for the photoshoot purpose and all.

Linens were dirty, rooms need cleaning. Bathroom was ok. Didn't have hot water in morning. Service was very poor. Pool is always dirty. No amenities. Better to go elsewhere.
