It is convenient because the Yosakoi market is within walking distance and the tram is nearby. The parking lot is a little far away, so it is wet without an umbrella in rainy weather. It was good to bring coffee next to the front desk back to the room. The bath used a 720 yen super hot spring in a little far away, so I don't know, but it was a very warm hot spring. I think it is a relatively good hotel in Cospa.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from Kochi Station, but it is close to the downtown area and there are no problems with restaurants. The famous Hirome Market is also just a short walk away.
