Situated in the centre of Kochi, the hotel Abad Plaza is a tranquil air conditioned oasis. Our well equiped room (401) was probably the quietest I had ever experienced in India. The roof top pool area was a delight, a lovely spot to take advantage of the warm Kerala sun. Breakfast was very good as well. My wife and I stayed 6 nights and were very impressed with the standard of customer care delivered by the staff of the hotel. From the excellent reception staff, the restaurant personnel, through to the gardiner who tended the roof top plants, they all worked very hard to make the hotel work. A lot of credit should go to the hotel manager, Mr Kumar, who is an able "captain of the ship". The only negative I could find was the low number of beds by the pool. A few more would be beneficial. Another tip worth mentioning is make sure that it is clear whether breakfast is included or not. We booked with Priceline/Agoda and what we on our booking sheet was at odds with the booking record that the hotel had. Mr Kumar was able to resolve this matter, however it is best if you double check your booking yourself in advance.

Wonderful stay at abad plaza, cochin my stay at hotel abad plaza was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and the dining options were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!wonderful stay at abad plaza, cochin my stay at was absolutely fantastic. Good location, walking distance to centre square mall and other shopping centres, cinemas in mg road. Food and other amenities are very good. Very good property for family and elders. Staff in reception and house keeping are very good. Overall excellent stay.

Stayed for one day with two rooms for my family (wife and parents). While the hotel has a slightly old-fashioned style, it is spacious and ideal for a family stay. The housekeeping service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and attentive. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and care provided. The reception staff was also friendly and supportive. However, parking facilities need improvement. I faced challenges parking my Toyota Hycross, and some security personnel seemed indifferent to whether we were hotel guests. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed all the options. A suggestion for the management: please add more staff at the egg counter to manage orders, as I noticed some frustration in that area. A humble request to prioritize parking spaces for hotel guests. Overall, a good choice, and I’m happy with my stay!
