I liked the hotel, clean snow-white bed linen, robes, hot water always, good pool, warm pleasant water. Breakfasts in the hotel are good, Indian dishes, and there were also sausages and chicken, they also cook omelette. The location is excellent, there is a shopping center nearby, a neighboring building, you can walk to the embankment passing by a large market.

Worst hotel. worst food and service. there was something called "Kerala Meals" for lunch with only two curries and some side dishes. for dessert it was watery payasam and lousy cream cake. Theme lunch with no main dishes

Wonderful stay . Food is awesome . Staff are very courteous and helpful . Revive - an ayurvedic spa is another great attraction . Locationally most advantageous and you are in the heart of city - have Malls , movie theatres and textile shops around .

We were staying this hotel one night. Accommodation: average, unplesant smell especially in bathroom, TV, AC, fridge workig OK. Food: excellent At the moment very noisy construction works have taking place just few meters from left side of the hotel. Hard work machines are on duty from 6 am until midnight. Some light work also taking place during rest of the night. It was imposible to sleep well. If choosing to stay in this hotel accept room only on the right side of the hotel. When I was kindly ask for giving us some return due to this inconvienance duty manager was avoiding us until we check out.. They left us with very bad memories form Ernakulam.

Hotel has everyting you need to have s great experience .. Next to shopping mall .. Staff will book your travel n tours .. Foods amazing .. Staff and management so helpful and overall a pleasant and good experience . Gym swimming pool and Steam on top floor With a Ayurvedic centre for sone treatments which are amazingly relaxing

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff is very courteous. Good food at their in house restaurants. Good location with a close Metro station to help with a quick transport. Good restaurants in the nearby vicinity. About 45 mins from the airport.
