Regrettably, our dining experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff. We encountered a clear lack of courtesy and attentiveness, as our requests were ignored and went unanswered on seven consecutive occasions. This failure to promptly respond to our needs not only caused inconvenience but also left us feeling undervalued as customers. We believe that such behavior is not reflective of the standards one would expect from a reputed hotel like yours. Therefore, I kindly request that the senior management investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. The room is pretty small and the overall space felt a bit cramped. The services were just okay — nothing great. We asked for a matchbox and a towel, and it took them around half an hour to deliver it, which was quite slow. It's decent if you're looking for a short stay, but don't expect very fast service or a spacious room

had an excellent stay at Hotel Oliva Eva, Kochi! The staff was incredibly humble, polite, and always ready to assist, making the experience truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring absolute comfort. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city easy. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality—highly recommended! Will definitely return.

stay is overall good experience. Room is very clean. kettle for making tea. Booked for 3 people. But received only two people accomodation.
