Hotel White Rose

Hotel no longer matches its description. Don't trust the photos. We booked 2 rooms, when we arrived the beds had only one sheet on the mattress, nothing to cover ourselves with. The cleanliness was very questionable, bathroom dirty and without hot water, soap or toilet paper. Hotel invaded by mosquitoes, in the hall and the rooms. We had booked half board, a big mistake on our part. There is no longer a dining room, only a rooftop on the 4th floor with mosquitoes, and a waiter who brings up the plates and dishes from the ground floor one by one. There were 4 of us, so 12 trips 50 minutes to get 2 overcooked and cold vegetable noodles, 1 edible fish curry, 2 rubbery nan, 2 bottles of water already opened. Breakfast same thing, bring up the 4 plates of toast one by one, and the coffee after an hour is still not there. The manager had asked us the day before what time we wanted breakfast, it was agreed at 7:15 a.m. because we wanted to leave early to avoid traffic jams. At 8:15 we went to the cafe on the adjacent street where we had a decent breakfast in 15 minutes. This hotel is not ready to accommodate Western guests.
