1) paid extra 1000+ for ac but ac was not properly working. 2) so they shifted to another room, which had no safety. Sliding windows open directly to the staff workers living floor. 3) person in the reception took personal details and started finding in social media and sending friend request. Violation of privacy.

gino hotel was a bar hotel. I didn't know at the time of booking, the rooms were next to the bar and it was not a good environment for families!

Amenities mentioned ac rooms. But i got the non -ac room. It's very difficult to stay inside the room without ac. Lot of mosquitos was there really bad experience
