Suite room was book for amount rs. 5100- i got normal room of rs 2700 something they told this is the suite room only small 120 cm something fridge. And kitchen slab in bedroom. No other living room space. It's very cheating for this rate

I enjoy my stay with esquina residency. The room was very neat and clean. The staff is friendly. I would like to mention the reception staff name specially mr. Karthik. He was so helpful. He took of everything what all i needed. He is so polite. Eventually my stay was awesome.

Best place in edapally area to stay, just walking distance to lulu mall, inf-act just opposite, near to all major attraction in kochi because metro station is just above the hotel, no need to take your car as you can visit all places in metro and come back comfortably, parking space for cars is there in basement, at-least 10 cars can be parked, rate is very average, good place for families, complimentary breakfast was good, rooms are very clean and good room service, overall its safe, comfortable and budget place to stay.
