The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. There is a TV, free wifi, the bathroom is very clean, the hardware facilities are first-class, and the service is very good. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a good location on foot from Kochi Station.
The Japanese-style room was also very nice, and it felt like the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the hot spring.

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I was shown to the room there was an ashtray and it was a smoking room.... I spoke to Nakai-san and he said he would change me to the room for the one who hadn't arrived yet.... However, the manager said there had been a mistake in the reservation made through two travel agencies. I had only used one agency so the behind-the-scenes stories were irrelevant. In the end, they said they would deodorize with ozone while I was out as they were fully booked.
There was no note of whether they had done this or not, and not a word from the front desk. A completely inconsiderate inn.
The air conditioning seems to be on throughout the entire building at the same time, so it was so hot in the middle of the night I couldn't sleep. Well, it's fine as I'm never staying here again...

コンセント少なくて鏡の前でヘアアイロン使えなくて延長コードをコンビニで買うて来ました。
布団狭い。
食事も晩は少ない。
トイレ狭い。
朝ごはんはよかった。
あと大衆浴場もよかった。
宿の人はよかった。
