The hotel said that they would send the self-service check-in information to the mailbox before check-in, but I'm not sure if I didn't receive it or if there were other problems. Anyway, I contacted customer service to get the password and was able to open the door. The hotel is in a residential apartment. The door has the door number and hotel name on it. I am very satisfied with the interior decoration, which feels like a normal Japanese room. I like it very much, and the bed has been made. I would like to stay here again when I come to Kochi next time!

The location was very good, with easy access to the station and major sites. This made it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. On the other hand, there were some areas where I felt the cleaning was not very thorough, especially the small pieces of trash and dirt on the floor and in the corners of the bathroom. However, the staff were polite and helpful, so it didn't leave an unpleasant impression. Overall, the good location was a big attraction, and considering the price, it was a generally satisfying stay. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I hope that the cleanliness will be improved next time.

・The futon was thin and the pillow wasn't the right height, so I personally found it a little difficult to sleep.
・The kitchen extractor fan was very dusty so I would like it to be cleaned.
・The internet connection was too weak to be usable.
・There was other people's hair on the ground in places so it wasn't what you would call clean.
・The location is good, but the apartment building's bicycle parking situation, the elevator and the deterioration and maintenance of the building make it an environment that can hardly be described as good.
・One thing that was good was that there were plenty of towels.
