温水洗浄便座が壊れていて水が出なかった。フロントに伝えたところ隣の部屋に替えてくれたが、そちらも強度調節できないなど設備が古くメンテもされていない。風呂の湯を排水するとトイレの床が水浸しになった。廊下を行き来する客の音が聞こえ、いろいろ臭うので一晩中うるさいのをがまんして換気扇を回さざるを得なかった。とにかく設備更新が必要な古いホテル。それでもフロントの対応は良かった。

スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。また行きたいです。すぐ近くにコンビニもあり、何かあったときに便利です。ひろめ市場からも歩ける距離なのでいいと思います。

ひろめ市場まで15分くらい！なのでめちゃくちゃ飲み歩けますよ！！！
この辺は駅近いから混みますので、車で来るときは気をつけて！
清潔感は、喫煙室にしたんですけど想像の3倍は臭かったのでこの点に。
さっきまで吸ってた？！？！って位の香りでした。
天気悪くて換気出来なかったのかも。
それでもカラオケ館レベルなので、多分ヘビースモーカーの方でしたら全然大丈夫🙆♀️

Generally not recommended due to the condition of the hotel. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were stains on the bed sheets and shower curtain that looked gruesome. There is central air conditioning but the temperature cannot be adjusted and hence it was very uncomfortable and stuffy.

2回目の利用です。スタッフの方はいつも丁寧で、喫煙の和室ですが、匂いも少なく子供連れで泊まっています。
ただ、お風呂場の目地のところのカビとかはもう少し掃除しておいてほしいなと思いますが。

高知市内の観光にも便利だと思いましたが
バスルームが非常に狭く洗面も出来にくい
状態でした

立地も良く、買い物、食事に行くのも良かったです。
セミダブルの部屋でしたが二人で泊まるのには少しベットと部屋が狭く感じました。
スタッフの方はとても親切にしてくださいました。
