Beds are comfortable but, room is old and not so clean. Location is good and closed to walking street.

Great location not far from station and restaurant.

Simple breakfast included

I used it for sightseeing, and they were happy to store my luggage for me. It was very helpful to reduce the amount of heavy luggage I had to carry. When I opened the window, there was a wall, so it was a shame that I couldn't see the view, but they were flexible and accommodating. Thank you very much.

Although it was a smoking room, it had an air purifier and was clean and comfortable. I used the washing machine, but I think 400 yen is a bit expensive.

The neighbors snoring was very loud. The windows were dusty and even when I opened them the neighbors were noisy. It was too old.

It was in the downtown area!! I wanted to go to the famous gyoza stand Yasubei, and after looking into it, I found out it was only a short walk away, so it was super convenient! There were lots of bars nearby, so it was the best place to enjoy Kochi at night!! The hotel felt a bit old, but it was cleaned and well-maintained, so it wasn't a problem!! I'd love to use it again!

Very nice small hotel with very convenient location

This is a basic business hotel. The location is good.

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from JR Kochi Station, and there is a tram stop nearby, making it convenient to access. I accidentally selected a "smoking room" when making the reservation, but when I contacted the front desk, they changed it to a "non-smoking room" and delivered the room key to my room. The building and facilities feel old, but they are kept well-maintained and there are no problems.

Everything just feels right!
