the location is convenient near the station & convenience stores..i like the room because they have extra space for the baggage..breakfast buffet was good。 we visited spring season, aircon/heater is centralize 、guest cannot adjust the temperature inside the room

Very convenient location, just opposite to the JR station. We can have a view of JR station from our room. The restaurant - Rita Shokudo, which is not far from the hotel, is super good. The room is standard Japanese size but the room is good in size for 2 persons. About 10 to 15 mins walk to the main shopping street and food market.

Within 5 minutes walk from Kochi Train Station to the hotel. Not much eateries in the immediate 5 minutes radius but if you take a 10 minutes walk down or 5 minutes tram ride, you can find an entire street of local shopping and eateries. Do visit the Hirome Market and Kochi Castle which is nearby too! Hotel receptionist do not speak much English but they are super hospitable and easy to communicate via English with them using an amazing translation device they have! Had to do luggage delivery service and they were super helpful! Would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Kochi!

The location is very good, just opposite Kochi Plaza, you can see it when you look up. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very high. The only drawback is that the central air conditioning can't be turned off, there is noise, and it's too hot to sleep in the middle of the night

The hotel is right outside JR. It was Saturday, and there was a gathering in front of the hotel, with singing, dancing, and food stalls. The people of Kochi were very enthusiastic and energetic, and they felt very happy.

The hotel is clean and the room is big for this level. The front desk service is warm and there is a waitress who tries very hard to communicate in Chinese words, thank you very much! The location is right in the station square, a few steps away from the JR station and the express bus station. The facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the use. The breakfast is a little simpler. I am very satisfied with the stay.

Directly opposite Kochi Station, it is also very convenient to go to the attractions. The breakfast is relatively simple. Drinking water is provided in the room and can be purchased at the supermarket on the right hand side downstairs.

The room is really big in Japan, but the breakfast is really average. Fortunately, the front desk is very good, which is also a bonus. Smoking rooms are also recommended.

The location is excellent, just across the crosswalk from the station plaza at the south exit of Kochi Station. Dinner options are scattered around Kochi Station, near Harimaya Bridge, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast venue overlooks the station plaza. Breakfast time was also convenient, as we used the circular bus to Katsurahama Beach and made it in time for the first bus. The bus to the airport also leaves from the north exit of the station, making it close and convenient.

The hotel is very well located, opposite the JR station, there is paid parking, the parking next to the bill is cheaper, and you don't have to take the elevator upstairs (the hotel's parking lot requires you to take the elevator upstairs). There should be no other facilities Food Because there is no buy breakfast service, there are also many convenience store options next to it, in the evening walk to other eateries probably 10 minutes or so

It's in front of the station so you can find anything you need. There's also a microwave and ice maker, which was very helpful. It's also great that there's a supermarket and convenience store nearby.

The location is very convenient. The only exception is that you need to book a time in advance for breakfast and the breakfast is only 45 minutes away. It’s very rushed! The 3-person room is very spacious and the sofa chair is first-class!
