The staff was very kind. Most of the restaurants were closed so we were struggling for dinner, but we were able to ride the hotel's bicycles for free and enjoy delicious bonito dishes. The breakfast buffet was elegantly presented on small plates, making it easy to pick up, and was delicious.

I was prepared for the old building as I had read in reviews, so it was within the acceptable range. I booked two double rooms, but one of the rooms had torn wallpaper, so I wish they would do something about that. The cleaning was done properly and the DHC shampoo was good. The meal, which I was looking forward to, exceeded my expectations. I asked for a plan with two meals, and for dinner I had a course meal with salad, meat or fish as the main dish, and a choice of bread or rice, soup, dessert, and a drink. The staff were very nice, the food was delicious, and I had a happy time. I made a reservation at 17:00 and left the restaurant in about 40 minutes without staying long, but since it was early, the restaurant was fully booked. Since the dinner was delicious, my expectations for breakfast were even higher. As the reviews said, there was a wide variety of drinks and food, including local cuisine, and I was able to enjoy Kochi at the hotel since I couldn't go sightseeing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of course, even at the buffet, there was alcohol and gloves, and infection prevention measures were perfect. I was able to go home feeling happy. Thank you very much for your help.
