There was an older woman when we arrived. She was in charge, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had booked 2 nights months ago. The beds had no sheets and in general the room looked unprepared. The room was maybe OK 30 years ago. We can not recommend this hotel and the staff there. You don't even want to be hanging dead from the fence!! We saved up for a long time to do a trip thru Austria and Bavaria, that was by far the worst experience.

On tour in a camper van and due to thunderstorm we booked very last minute. Despite not knowing any German we were given a very warm welcome. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant and the staff was great with excellent food & beer. Free car park as well. Great place to stay!

Typical local hotel / restaurant. Rooms are simple but clean. Lift available so also great for anyone with mobility issues. Good breakfast included and free car parking. Restaurant serves typical German food plus pizzas. Good value for money.

Die Bilder der Homepage weichen extrem von der Realität ab! Rezeption ist befindet sich im Gastraum auf einem Tisch, sieht nicht sehr einladend aus! Einzelzimmer hatte Zellengrösse. Frühstück nicht sehr ansprechend. Abendessen geschmacklich ok aber sehr lieblos angerichtet. Sehr schade für ein so traditionsreiches Haus.

wir schließen uns der Bewertung von Thomas C. Pils zu 100% an. Die Zimmer sind total veraltet an den Fenster waren Spinnweben und in den Ecken war der Dreck!. Wir reisten am Sonntag an und am Donnerstag hab ich dann schriftlich darum gebeten, das Waschbecken und das WC zu putzen! Dafür wurden dann die Betten nicht gemacht! Also mit uns nicht mehr!!!

Hotelübernachtung + Abendessen. Nach Ankunft dem Chef freundlich geäußerter Umstand, dass TV in Zimmer 11 nicht funktioniert, wurde mit Achselzucken und NULL Aktion beantwortet. Ich musste den Fernseher als Gast selbst komplett neu konfigurieren!👎🏻 Martina (vermutlich Chefin) bedient mit und nimmt im Aussenbereich Bestellungen mit dem Charme einer halbwachen Bulldogge auf. Essen wurde falsch geliefert, im Gespräch mit Mitreisendem zu spät bemerkt (Schnitzel statt Cordon Bleu) und wegen des eigenen Fehlers nicht reklamiert. Qualität mittelmäßig; bestellter Beilagensalat schmackhaft. Frühstück muss sich der Gast inkl. Teller, Besteck und Kaffee selbst zusammensuchen und auch noch in verschiedenen Räumen einen Platz "erkämpfen". Gebäude/Zimmer haben schätzungsweise vor 30 Jahren ihre beste Zeit gehabt; "Charme" der 60er/70er Jahre. Teilweise verschmutzte Teppiche in den Gängen, vor Zimmer 11 Baustelle mit geöffneter Wand und mitten im Gang stehendem Schrank. Glas/Metalltüren vor Gängen ohne Türbremse schliessen ohrenbetäubend. Bad in Zi. 11 mit defektem, nicht zu öffnenden Badfenster und kaputtem nur komplett zu öffnenden Zimmerfenster. Wasserdruck Dusche (in Badewanne) lässt darauf schliessen, dass möglichst wenig geduscht werden soll. Beleuchtung Zimmer 11 mit -geschätzter- 25Watt-Birne im Bereich "stockduster"; 2. Lampe neben Badspiegel funktioniert gar nicht. Gesamteindruck Gebäude: Uralt und erbarmungswürdig! Leider auch teilweise schmutzig! Bei den Gerüchen der uralten Inneneinrichtung beginnt bei mir der Ekel... Und mangelhaftes Servicebewusstsein allerdings geht gar nicht!!!

Bell'hotel storico con affreschi sulla facciata ma anche interni con pregevoli strutture lignee secolari. Sufficientemente cordiali i titolari e bello l'appartamento che ci hanno assegnato al secondo piano di una palazzina attigua con bella vista sulla campagna. Colazione più che abbondante e varia (forse mancavano alcune proposte calde) in un locale veramente caratteristico per l'abbondanza di dipinti sia murali che a soffitto. Appartamento confortevole, bagno sufficiente (insufficiente il bagno doccia, shampoo assente). Ottimo parcheggio interno. Prezzo giusto. Nel complesso una piacevole vacanza
