We arrived at this hotel on August 6. We had a bus tour from the operator Olan Tour, arrived late in the evening, around 22:00 and were settled into rooms and fed dinner. We had a brick building and at least we were lucky in this! When checking into the room we were very "pleasantly" surprised, it felt like no one had really cleaned the room... and whether it had been cleaned at all is a question :) It was very stuffy in the room, but when we tried to turn on the air conditioner, it turned out that there were no batteries in the remote control (they promised to change them tomorrow, but tomorrow never came), there was dirt in the shower, the toilet flush did not work, but they did it the next day, there were no towels and they said there weren't any now... we were shocked that we wanted to wash ourselves after the road, and then bam and there were no towels, the next day I went to the reception to ask, but there was always no one at the reception and there was simply no one to ask (((... in the end I found someone and they said in two hours and we waited again until they brought them! Luckily we took one for the road. From time to time the power and hot water in the room goes out, but by the third day we had already gotten used to the fact that nothing can be done and no one cares! In terms of food, it's a complete horror, if you don't come first, then maybe after 15 minutes after the start of the meal, nothing left! And the worst thing is that they always throw up their hands and say no or I don't understand))),,, plus stock up on pills)))),,,y ... no variety of food, sometimes pasta, sometimes potatoes, there were very few vegetables, there was only watermelon or a peach once ... there may not be any left because hungry or ill-mannered Armenians or Georgians want to gain weight like it's the last time and it turns out that there may be nothing left! About the hotel fund, it is better to live in a brick building, it is newer and more modern! The territory is also not particularly pleasing, the pool like in the country inflatable surprised us very much)))) but there is a sign in the hotel that there is a pool, there are also sun loungers, which need to be thrown in the trash, because if you lie down on it, you can get some nail later from one place!).. there is a table and rackets for table tennis, but in the photo you will see beauty))). And the owner is not interested in visitors at all and as we were told, that he treats us to wine, then all this is nonsense!!! Although in other hotels there is, for dinner, either Chacha, or wine! ... and the owners of the hotel are not very happy to see guests!!! ... they constantly go into conflict and say, if you don’t like it - here’s the way out! And when we were leaving the hotel, a woman arrived with a child who is asthmatic, and they gave her a room where everything is leaking and damp, and when she started asking, the owner said.. Don’t come here!!! Here’s the way out and go look for housing! He was also rude and raised his voice, and when the woman started talking louder, he started to shut her up and say that you will communicate with your husband like that!!! You don’t like the hotel, don’t stay! As we understood, the owner of this hotel is not happy with Belarusians, but only wants to rake in money! But there are also advantages: the Internet was stable, more or less the location, green territory, well, I guess that’s all. We are completely dissatisfied with the hotel! Terrible attitude!!! I don't recommend this place! It's better to overpay a little, but live in peace!...otherwise in Olan Tura
