After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

Ночевали в отеле две ночи. Все понравилось. С номером немного не повезло, присутствовал запах сырости, но морочиться не стали, поскольку пребывание было недолгим. Фотографии отеля соответствуют. Бассейны чистые, территория отеля большая и ухоженная, пляж оборудован, находится через пешеходный променад. Завтраки шикарные. Обеды и ужины в ресторане отеля оказывается можно купить при бронировали, но нужно связаться с отелем напрямую. Хорошая альтернатива турецким отелям. За территорией отеля рядом много ресторанчиков, кафе, магазинов. Очень рекомендую этот отель. Ловите скидки и будет вам счастье!

Шикарный отель в центре Кобулети, большая территория, свой огороженный пляж, несколько бассейнов, спа-зона. Ходили на массаж, в восторге, делает индус, великолепный мастер. У нас были завтраки, обеды и ужины - кухня европейская, не грузинская.

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort you need. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Black Sea we will definitely be coming back! Thank you

Liked: - The hotel itself is good and beautiful. - Rooms are large and cozy. - The restaurant is high-level, with tasty and varied dishes. Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline. - Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions. - The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, excellent service, and friendly, attentive staff make every stay special.
