We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. They were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and they provided bowls and a mat in the room. The biergarten was nice and it was a short walk to town. Parking is easy. Would definitely visit again

Spent a couple of days here en route to Germany. Super friendly staff. English speaking reception staff. Adrian was extremely helpful. Very comfortable room. A lovely walk into Koblenz along the Mosel. Also has a super Biergarten.

Interestingly styled hotel, beautifully situated on the Moselle. Spacious rooms. No service on the terrace/beer garden. Purely self-service at the often overcrowded kiosk. If you speak to the service staff, they say you have to help yourself either at the bar in the hotel or at the kiosk you mentioned. Breakfast is only available from 7 a.m., although the staff said 6:30 the night before when we asked several times. Then it's cancelled. A shame and very unpleasant.

The hotel is beautifully located directly on the Moselle and a 20-minute walk from the city center and the Deutsches Eck. Free parking is available nearby. Colorful hotel on the banks of the Moselle, large, very quiet and well-equipped rooms. Lots of storage, very comfortable bedding. Huge breakfast buffet. Beer garden in the garden, we did not try the restaurant because the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. We went to the city center where the Einstein restaurant serves until 10 p.m. There is underground parking and room for storing bicycles.

Alles sehr seltsam aber leider weder schön noch charmant. Der Preis für das unpersönliche Zimmer viel zu teuer. 18 Euro für ein Standard Frühstück ist stark übertrieben. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit und freundlicher Service auf der Habenseite.
