Definitely the right solution if you stay in Koblenz solo or as a couple. Very efficient communication with owners. Large apartment with kitchen, dining room, large bedroom and toilet. Clean and perfectly furnished. All very new. Perfectly positioned downtown to visit all key places, conveniently. If any cons is the absence of the elevator, but just minor issue. Definitely would use it again if in town. Garage is 5' nearby, open h24

Ein guter Ort, wenn man ein paar Tage in Koblenz bleiben will. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, sind viele Ziele (z.B. Deutsches Eck, Schloss) fußläufig erreichbar. Wer mit der Bahn anreist, kann von der Regionalbahn-Station Koblenz-Stadtmitte das Appartmenthaus durch die Fußgängerzone erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sind zumindest die zum großen Innenhof gelegenen Appartment ruhig. Da es außer im Bad keine Türen gibt, stört allerdings das Anspringen des Kühlschrankkompressors etwas die Ruhe. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch das Öffnen der Haus-/Wohnungstür per Code. Dafür hat man mehr Platz als in einem Hotelzimmer, kann sich zum fernsehen auf die Couch setzen und bei Bedarf auch etwas kochen. Ich war zum zweiten Mal da und komme gerne wieder.
