Situated on the east side of rivver Rhine you have a beautiful sight across the river to Koblenz. Very nice and warm welcome, clean room but is getting a bit long in the tooth outfit, very good breakfast. Kitchen is recommended. Parking for hotel guests right in front of the entrance. Pool is for relaxing only and not for sports.

It's a bit outdated hotel, ok for one night stay. Nice room size but bathroom was not very clean, covered in dust. Shower cabin was damaged. Nice restaurant downstairs with a great river view and a good service. I haven't checked the pool and the sauna.

staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast very good, room and shower could be warmer wonderful location on the Rhine I forgot my handy cable. People were very helpful and went to the room to find it, brought it down and arrange with me DHL service for sending it back to me

How should I start. I was on the way from a business trip back home and do not want to drive all night because of the traffic jam on Friday evening. Therefore I have booked this hotel. It was promissed that there are a lot of parking spaces, but when I arrived there, no parking space are available and I have parked illegally. To get in my room, I have to go through a labyrinth of the building. The room was big, but really old and worn out. There were a lot of hairs from the people before me. In the bathroom there was limescale in the washbasin. The breakfast was ok. The most terrible thing was, that when I was at the check-out they lady mixed me up with other guests, who booked 3 rooms via Booking and told me that my room was already paid. Honestly I have booked one room for me via HRS via my company system and also need the bill for the company. So If I did not show here the booking confirmation, I would probably not pay for the room and other people must pay it twice. It is absolutely an unprofessional way of working especially in a 4-star hotel.

A two night stay and on both mornings there was no warm water to take a shower, only cold water! A complete failure of the water heating. After complaining on the first morning, what happened? They said they fixed it but it broke again on the second morning. They gave me a 10% discount on the room bill afterwards, but it was the worst hotel experience that I had in the last years.
