Dated but comfortable Room. Shower good and no limit on water. Wifi initially worked well but issues reconnecting. Bed was comfortable and even though a thick duvet was provided I removed it from the cover and just used that as a sheet. Breakfast was excellent and only 4€ extra. A little removed from the main Centre (40 minute walk) and little English spoken. Overall a very good hotel and definite budget recommendation.

A last minute booking as we had an up filled opening in our itinerary. Pleasant location. Good in-house restaurant. A suitable location to access Koblenz and both the middle Rhine and the lower Mosel if one has a car. Nice eateries nearby and small-town strolls are possible. The immediate area is not scintillating.

Wir haben das Hotel schon des Öfteren für unser Kurztrip gebucht. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal mit Bettwanzen zu tun und der Hotelbesitzer rührt sich nicht auf die Mails von uns. Wir möchten natürlich nicht, dass weitere Gäste mit den Folgen der Bisse sehr starken Juckreiz und Entzündungen zu tun haben. Wir finden es sehr schade, dass unsere Mails einfach nur ignoriert wurden und keine Reaktion von dem Hotelbesitzer bis dato kam.

Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet und dreckig. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter ungeschult, und der Besitzer bei Problemen nicht hilfsbereit und ratlos wirkend. Man fühlt sich dadurch komplett alleingelassen, und hat nicht das Gefühl, dass angesprochene Missstände für kommende Gäste behoben werden.

Selten so schlecht gegessen! Weder Liebe noch Handwerk waren zu sehen, geschweige denn zu schmecken. Es war eine Schande um die Lebensmittel. Ich hatte Schnitzel mit Zwiebeln, dieses war so dick wie ein Minuten-Steak. Meine Lebensgefährtin hatte Knödel mit Pfifferlingen. Was total nach "Tütte" geschmeckt hat. Alles lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht. Und das ist keine Redewendung sondern sah 1:1 so aus. Einfach nur enttäuschend. Egal welche Kategorie an Gastronomie, sowas in der Art hab ich noch nie gesehen.
