First of all, the ryokan is mainly for Japanese heads, and it actually only speaks Japanese.
Location is within 5 minutes walk near Hitomarumae station. First of all, after exiting the station, go to the left at the right crossroads and go straight, you will see the sign of Hitomarukadan (Human Maru Flower Base). Turn left there.
First of all, the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was like a common Japanese home style, but I feel quite a lot of work.
If you book more than 2 nights, you clean the room every night.
Toothbrush and shower towel 1, kimono? Yukata? Also available.
The shower towel is also replaced with a new one every night, so just use it and put it in front of the bathroom mirror. If you open it nicely, you can misunderstand it as a non-use, so don't open it. (or you can ask me to replace what I used)
For reference, I live in a room on the third floor called Yongzheng, and the facilities themselves are very clean, but they are very good. ... The problem is that the heating efficiency is a little ... Yes. I don't know other rooms, but in the case of Aisho, there is a hole on top, so the warm wind of the Cistum air conditioner is somewhat removed, and at the same time, the cold wind comes in and it is quite cold. Especially at dawn ㅈㄴ cold. I strongly recommend that you wear it and sleep to some extent when you sleep. The quilt is thick and fluffy, but it's still cold.

As for the location, it's a few minutes away from JR Station and you can see Akashi Castle from the window. However, I was woken up by the sound of the pump in the middle of the night and couldn't fall asleep. I asked to change rooms in the morning. When I checked in again at night, there was still the sound of the pump. Be careful if you are a light sleeper.

Standard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street.
Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing.
The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean.
The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size.
Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.

2nd stay at the hotel. Once with a group of 16 and this time with my family of 3.
To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again.
The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint.
I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient, not far from JR Yuanshao Station, one stop to Sannomiya, opposite Daimaru Department Store, 711, next to Nanjing. The room is small, but clean and hygienic, standard air purifier, no bathtub, shower equipment is very good. The lobby and breakfast room are on the second floor, the breakfast is not very rich, and the overall satisfaction is very good!

The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

The place runs on central heating system in early April when it is already 20 degrees outside. There's just a tiny window in the room.
Because the temperature in the room is high already, the heater will not run, but given there is no air con, there is literally no air flow in the room.
Had to borrow a fan from reception to deal with it.
The remote unit of the toilet system does not always work too.

Arrived without the view from the room, so the surrounding hotels and buildings are assumed. The room is clean and the bathroom is separate. The breakfast was delicious. I thought again, but the size of the tissue box is easy to use. The small type of square has been hard to get, so it's good to recur. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. Ggmsl2018It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong.
